    摘要: A clutch slip control device includes: a slip revolution speed detecting circuit for detecting an actual slip revolution speed of a clutch; a memory unit for storing constants set to satisfy response and stability of a feedback control system of the slip conditions, the constants being determined by a high-order function approximating variation in input-output frequency characteristics of a plant input for actuating the clutch and the actual slip revolution speed; a first calculation circuit for calculating a first parameter using the constants stored in the memory unit, the first parameter discretely reflecting past data of the plant input, which are obtained in a current feedback control cycle through in a cycle executed a plurality of times before; a second calculation circuit for calculating a second parameter using the constants stored in the memory unit, the second parameter discretely reflecting past data of a deviation of the actual slip revolution speed from a target slip revolution speed, which are obtained in the current feedback control cycle through in the cycle executed a plurality of times before; and a plant input determination circuit for determining a next plant input based on the first parameter and the second parameter.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission includes a first frictional engagement element and a second frictional engagement element; and a first hydraulic servo for controlling the application/release of the first frictional engagement element and a second hydraulic servo for controlling the application/release of the second frictional engagement element. A regulator valve regulates the oil pressure to the first hydraulic servo. A signal pressure is applied to the regulator valve to establish a predetermined gear stage by switching the applied/released states of the first frictional engagement element and the second frictional engagement element by feeding/releasing oil pressure to/from the first hydraulic servo and the second hydraulic servo. The regulator valve includes a valve member having: a first pressure receiving area to which is applied the feed pressure to the first hydraulic servo as a feedback pressure in a first direction; a second pressure receiving area to which is applied the signal pressure in a second direction opposite the first direction; a fourth pressure receiving area to which is applied the feed pressure to the second hydraulic servo in the first direction, in a shift wherein the first frictional engagement element is released while the second frictional-engagement element is applied; and a third pressure receiving area to which is applied the signal pressure in the second direction, for regulation of the oil pressure only during a shift.

    摘要: A device for supplying lubricating oil in a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism comprising: an input shaft; an output shaft disposed parallel to the input shaft; a first rotary body provided on the input shaft; a second rotary body provided on the output shaft; a transmission member for interlocking the first rotary body with the second rotary body; and, a transmission mechanism case forming a transmission mechanism chamber separated from the exterior for housing the transmission mechanism; and, the lubricating oil supply device comprising: a partition wall assembly with an opening disposed in the transmission mechanism case chamber and defining an oil chamber to contain the lubricating oil scattered by the rotation of the transmission mechanism through the opening; and, a lubricating oil supply passage connected to the oil chamber to supply the transmission mechanism with lubricating oil, the passage being disposed at a level lower than the opening, whereby oil scattered by operation of the transmission mechanism is collected in the oil chamber and supplied to the transmission member through the passage whenever the oil in the oil chamber is at a level higher than the passage.

    摘要: The transmission control device of the present invention comprises a main transmission and a sub transmission and has a first hydraulic switching device which is controlled by automatic operation for setting the shift range of the sub transmission and a second hydraulic switching device which controls the hydraulic pressure produced by the first hydraulic switching device, prohibits any speed change of the shift range, and controls other functions of the sub transmission. By the above-described structure, the transmission control device of the present invention is able to prohibit speed changes in the shift range and to control other functions of the sub transmission regardless of the automatic operation of the sub transmission, because the second hydraulic switching device can control the hydraulic pressure produced by the first hydraulic switching device even if the shift mechanism of the sub transmission is being operated by the first hydraulic switching device.

    摘要: An hydraulic control system for automatic transmissions includes at least first and second engaging members, a transmission for establishing at least two change gear ratios due to the selective engagement of said first and second engaging members, a first servo-mechanism for controlling the engagement of the first engaging member for shifting to a high speed, and a second servo-mechanism for controlling the engagement of the second engaging member for shifting to a low speed. Shifting to a high speed is established due to engagement of the first engaging member and release of the second engaging member, and shifting to a low speed is established due to release of the first engaging member and engagement of the second engagement member. A shift timing valve controls the communication of the second servo-mechanism with an accumulator for use with the second servo-mechanism, in response to the build-up of a pressure to a given level in the first servo-mechanism.

    摘要: A control system for use in an automatic transmission which includes a gear shift mechanism having first and second frictional engagement elements for establishing: a first gear stage with the first frictional engagement element being applied and the second frictional engagement element being released; and a second gear stage with the first frictional engagement element being released and the second frictional engagement element being applied. The control system, in turn, includes: a first oil passage for feeding an oil pressure to the first frictional engagement element; a second oil passage for feeding an oil pressure to the second frictional engagement element; and a first valve arranged in the first oil passage for regulating the oil pressure of the first oil passage. At the time of a shift from the first gear stage to the second gear stage, the oil pressure of the first oil passage is regulated by the first valve responsive to the oil pressure of the second oil passage. The control system further includes a second valve arranged in the first oil passage for selectively feeding or shutting off the oil pressure of the first oil passage to and from the first frictional engagement element.
