摘要: A control device for a hybrid vehicle, including a mode whereby the vehicle runs using a motor only, and a mode whereby the vehicle uses both the motor and an engine. When the motor temperature of an MG(2) exceeds a threshold temperature, an ECU moves from a running mode that uses the MG(2) only, to a running mode that limits the load on the MG(2). When the charging state of a battery for running exceeds a threshold value, the ECU performs control such that in addition to the system voltage for driving the MG(2) being reduced, the threshold temperature is increased, and the running mode whereby only the MG(2) is used is maintained.

摘要: A vehicle comprises an electric machine configured with at least one controller issuing torque commands with the use of a voltage bus. The controller may be configured to respond to a torque requests based on multiple vehicle system inputs including vehicle speed, position of the accelerator pedal and brake pedal, and various other vehicle data. The controller may respond to a torque request that exceeds a threshold value by issuing torque commands for the electric machine based on a speed of the electric machine and a voltage on the bus. Based on the speed of the electric machine and voltage on the bus, the controller may issue a constant torque output by the electric machine as the speed and voltage vary. Calculating a ratio using speed of the electric machine to voltage on the bus to determine torque capability may result as a constant torque when the ratio is constant.

摘要: A cranking torque control apparatus (100) is mounted on a hybrid vehicle provided with: an engine (11), a motor (MG1) coupled with the engine and capable of cranking the engine, and a battery (21) capable of supplying an electric power to the motor. The cranking torque control apparatus is provided with: a setting device (22) capable of setting an output limit value which is a limit value for the electric power outputted from the battery in accordance with an electric power deviation when the motor cranks the engine; and a controlling device (22) for controlling said setting device not to set the output limit value under a condition that a voltage of the battery falls below a lower limit voltage associated with the battery due to resonance of the engine or due to a first fire of the engine.

摘要: A system includes a hybrid power train having a combustion torque device, an electrical torque device, a driveline mechanically coupled to the torque devices, a battery that exchanges energy with the driveline, and a torque input device that provides a torque request. The hybrid power train is at least partially parallel. The system includes a controller having modules to execute operations for rate control of the hybrid power train. A battery protection module determines a battery protection charge rate limit, a power train protection module determines a power train protection torque change limit, and a torque request module determines the torque request. A rate control module provides a torque balance parameter in response to the limits and the torque request. A torque control module provides an electrical torque and a combustion torque to the driveline in response to the torque balance parameter.

摘要: A through the road (TTR) hybridization strategy is proposed to facilitate introduction of hybrid electric vehicle technology in a significant portion of current and expected trucking fleets. In some cases, the technologies can be retrofitted onto an existing vehicle (e.g., a trailer, a tractor-trailer configuration, etc.). In some cases, the technologies can be built into new vehicles. In some cases, one vehicle may be built or retrofitted to operate in tandem with another and provide the hybridization benefits contemplated herein. By supplementing motive forces delivered through a primary drivetrain and fuel-fed engine with supplemental torque delivered at one or more electrically-powered drive axles, improvements in overall fuel efficiency and performance may be delivered, typically without significant redesign of existing components and systems that have been proven in the trucking industry.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling a start of an engine for a mild hybrid electric vehicle includes: a mild hybrid starter & generator (MHSG) starting an engine; a first battery connected to the MHSG through a first power cable and supplying electric power to the MHSG; a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) converting voltage supplied from the first battery into low voltage; a second battery supplying the low voltage to an electric load that uses the low voltage; an ignition switch including a first contact point and a second contact point; a data detector detecting data for controlling the engine start for a mild hybrid electric vehicle; and a controller determining whether a charging condition of the second battery is satisfied based on the data, and charging the second battery with electric power of the first battery when the charging condition of the second battery is satisfied.
