摘要: A connector assembly is provided. The connector assembly includes a socket to receive a plug and having an electrical contact. The connector assembly further includes a flexible fabric embedded with a pattern of electrically conductive elements and spanning the socket to conceal the electrical contact. The flexible fabric can deform toward the electrical contact of the socket to cause at least a portion of the pattern to contact the electrical contact.

摘要: A modular energy system including a header module and a module. The header module includes a display screen for displaying a user interface. The header module is configured to receive data, including safety critical data, from the module, control the display screen to cause the UI to display UI content based on the received data, the UI content including safety critical UI content based on the safety critical data, and transmit the displayed safety critical UI content to the module for verification thereby. The module is configured to confirm whether the transmitted safety critical data coincides with the displayed safety critical UI content. In the event that it is determined that they do not coincide, the header module and/or the module can be configured to stop the function(s) of the module, display an alert on the display screen, and take various other actions.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrical plug-in connection, comprising an electrical connector and a mating electrical connector, which can be connected to the electrical connector. The mating electrical connector has an actuating element, which can be moved between a home position (P0) and a locking position (P1) and is designed to cooperate with a guiding element of the electrical connector in such a way that the plug-in connection, proceeding from a pre-latching position, assumes a locked position when the actuation element is moved from the home position (P0) into the locking position (P1). The electrical connector has a toothing and the mating electrical connector has a mating toothing, which corresponds to the toothing of the electrical connector, the toothing and the mating toothing mesh with one another in the locked position of the plug-in connection.

摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a first electrical contact device and a second electrical contact device. The first electrical contact device includes at least one first electrical contact and an actuator movable between a first position and a second position. The second electrical contact device includes at least one second electrical contact device and an interlock feature to engage the actuator when the actuator is in the first position. The actuator is in the first position when the first electrical contact is in electrical communication with a power source, and the actuator is in the second position when the electrical communication between the first electrical contact and the power source is disconnected. When the actuator is in the first position and the second electrical contact engage the first electrical contact, the interlock feature engages the actuator, thereby securing the first electrical contact device and the second electrical contact device against disconnection.

摘要: An inspection device includes an oscillator for generating ultrasonic waves toward a first connector, and a vibration receiver for receiving vibrations generated in the first connector. The inspection device includes a vibration controller for analyzing the vibrations received by the vibration receiver. The vibration controller detects a resonance frequency by converting, by Fourier transform, the vibrations received by the vibration receiver. The vibration controller determines an insertion amount of the first connector into the second connector, based on the detected resonance frequency.

摘要: A connector includes a connector base with a first end that may be inserted in a port, and a second end located opposite the connector base from the first end. A connector release tab extends from the connector base adjacent the first end and moves relative to the connector base. A connector securing feature on the connector release tab may engage a port to secure the connector base in that port. A connector release system includes a connector release linkage coupled to the connector release tab and extending through the connector base, and a connector release actuator adjacent the second end of the connector base and coupled to the connector release linkage. The connector release actuator may be actuated to move, via the connector release linkage, the connector release tab to disengage the connector securing feature from a port such that the connector base may be removed from that port.
