    摘要: A data read circuit of a memory includes an inverting unit, a precharging unit, a first amplifying unit, a second amplifying unit, and an output buffer unit. The inverting unit inverts data from a sense amplifier, and the precharging unit precharges a data bus line to Vcc/2. The first amplifying unit receives and amplifies the inverted data, and the second amplifying unit is commonly connected to an input terminal of the first amplifying unit to receive and amplify the signal output from the inverting unit. The output buffer unit receives, inverts and outputs the signal amplified by the first and second amplifying units.

The method includes: requesting a network selection, and scanning frequencies in an order starting from the highest receive-level of each frequency; detecting a carrier having network information during the scanning, and acquiring the network information; and sorting carrier frequencies and non-carrier frequencies of respective networks, based on the acquired network information. The frequency scanning is performed only for carrier frequencies. Therefore, corresponding services are provided rapidly to users.

    摘要: A method of synthesizing optically-active (S)-3-hydroxybutyric acid and (S)-3-hydroxybutyrate ester using a mutated microorganism is provided. More particularly, a mutated microorganism for preparing (S)-3-hydroxybutyric acid transformed with a gene encoding β-ketothiolase, a gene encoding (S)-3-hydroxybutyryl CoA dehydrogenase and a gene encoding acyl CoA hydrolase; a method of preparing (S)-3-hydroxybutyric acid using the mutated microorganism; a mutated microorganism for preparing (S)-3-hydroxybutyrate ester transformed with a gene encoding β-ketothiolase, a gene encoding (S)-3-hydroxybutyryl CoA dehydrogenase, a gene encoding acyl CoA hydrolase and a gene encoding lipase; and a method of preparing (S)-3-hydroxybutyrate ester using the mutated microorganism are provided.Accordingly, (S)-3-hydroxybutyric acid with high optical purity may be produced from acetyl CoA produced in glycolysis of a microorganism by a simple process involving the manipulation of a metabolic pathway by a recombinant gene introduced into the microorganism without using a high-cost metal catalyst or a substrate. Further, (S)-3-hydroxybutyrate ester and lactone of (S)-3-hydroxybutyrate ester may be simply produced from (S)-3-hydroxybutyric acid produced by the above method using lipase.
