摘要: Compositions of polyamide resins containing a low level of polyamide 66 comonomer are provided, which are useful in producing blown films. A method of forming a blown film includes: extruding a polyamide copolymer to form a polyamide film. The polyamide copolymer is formed from a mixture of caprolactam and hexamethylenediamine adipate where the caprolactam comprises from 85 mol. % to 99 mol. % of the total moles of caprolactam and hexamethylenediamine adipate.

摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition in which filler such as glass fiber is incorporated to enhance rigidity, and which is further improved in hand touch feeling and occurrence of squeaking noise. The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a rubber-reinforced aromatic vinyl resin (A, B), a crystalline thermoplastic resin (C), and a fibrous or layered filler (D), wherein the thermoplastic resin composition has melting points, as measured according to JIS K7121-1987, between 0 and 100° C. and between 170 and 280° C., and a bending elastic modulus of 3,000 MPa or higher. The component (A) preferably comprises an ethylene/α-olefin rubbery polymer (a1) having a melting point of 0 to 100° C. as measured according to JIS K7121-1987. The component (C) preferably has a melting point of 170 to 280° C. as measured according to JIS K7121-1987, and is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin and a polyamide resin.

摘要: A thermoplastic composition which comprises at least one polyamide, which preferably has a melting point of less than 185° C., and at least one liquid polysiloxane compound which preferably has a viscosity of 750 to 100,000 mPas at 25° C. and is OH terminated, wherein the thermoplastic composition is obtainable by a process comprising the steps: 1a) heating the at least one polyamide to a temperature above the melting point of the at least one polyamide and preferably below 185° C.; 2a) adding under stirring the at least one liquid polysiloxane compound to the heated compound(s) of step 1a), wherein the temperature is kept above the melting point of the at least one polyamide and preferably below 185° C.; and 3a) mixing the obtained mixture of step 2a) preferably at 80° to 180° C., more preferably 110 to 140° C. Use of this the thermoplastic composition according to the present invention in sealants, adhesives, or as rheological modifier or surface modifier. Furthermore, to a hot melt adhesive comprising the thermoplastic composition according to the present invention. And use of this hot melt in vehicle parts, constructions, windows, glazing, sanitary applications, fittings, roofing, plumbing, appliance application and bonding of panes.

摘要: This invention relates to a high molecular weight nylon powder composition for 3D printing, its preparation method and use. The composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of high-viscosity nylon powder, 1-5 parts by weight of a flow agent, and 0.1-1 parts by weight of an antioxidant; the high-viscosity nylon powder is one or more selected from nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 11, nylon 12, nylon 612 and nylon 610; or the powder composition is obtained via polymerization reaction of the raw materials comprising the following components, based on the weight parts of lactam monomers or amide monomers: 100 parts by weight of lactam monomers or amide monomers, 0.005-1 parts by weight of a catalyst, and 0.1-1 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The high molecular weight nylon powder composition prepared in the present invention has a particle diameter in the range of 20-100 micrometers, good powder spreading performance, and is suitable for the 3D printing process, and the product of the high molecular weight nylon powder composition has good mechanical properties, good dimensional stability and low manufacturing cost.
