摘要: This invention relates to a process for preparing color dispersions comprising a first step of contacting water, a first colorant, and a polysaccharide selected from methylcellulose, hydropropylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylmethylcellulose, hydroxybutylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylethylcellulose, and the mixture thereof, to form a first colorant dispersion; a second step of contacting the first colorant dispersion with a protective composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of polymer particles, clay, and a peptizing agent to form a dispersion of protected first colorant particles; an optional third step of repeating the first step and the second step with a second colorant that is different from the first colorant to form a dispersion of protected second colorant particles; and an optional fourth step of mixing the dispersions of protected first and second colorant particles to form a multi-color dispersion. This invention also relates to a color dispersion comprising the first colorant dispersion, and a color coating comprising the color dispersion.

摘要: The coating film formed on an automobile body has softness during a film formation even on a thermally expandable/shrinkable base, and the cured film has an excellent appearance.Provided is a method for forming a multilayer coating film, the method comprises: applying an aqueous intermediate coating composition and preheating the applied composition at 60 to 90° C. to form an uncured film;preheating to form an uncured base coating film and a clear coating film; and baking and curing these uncured films to form a multilayer coating film, wherein the aqueous intermediate coating composition comprises (a) an acrylic resin emulsion having a specific properties, and (b) a film formation auxiliary agent that is a fatty acid diester compound having a boiling point of 280° C. to 350° C., and a cured film comprising (a) and (b) at a mass ratio of 3:1 has a rupture elongation of 1% or more.

摘要: The present invention provides a polymer emulsion having heat sealability for a blister package, and a method for preparing the same. Since the polymer emulsion of the present invention includes latex particles having an average particle diameter of a nanosize and a low unimodal particle size distribution, it may exhibit uniform and stable emulsion properties, particularly excellent heat sealability, and thus may be suitably used for a blister package and on the like. Furthermore, the polymer emulsion of the present invention is polymerized in an aqueous medium without using an organic solvent, and thus enables provision of a blister package with minimized harmfulness to a human body and the environment.

摘要: The present invention relates to a coating composition for a flexible plastic film, and more specifically to a coating composition for producing a flexible plastic film having excellent flexibility while exhibiting high hardness. According to the present invention, the coating composition exhibits flexibility, bending property, high hardness, scratch resistance and high transparency, and hardly has a risk of damaging the film even in repetitive, continuous bending or long-time folding state, and thereby can be usefully applied to flexible mobile devices, display devices, front face and display unit of various instrument panels, and the like.
