    摘要: Electrical actuator having a stator body and a rotor body which is pivotable iN the stator body through an angle of rotation. The actuator further comprises energizing means for exerting an electromagnetic torque on the rotor body and a control unit for controlling the angle of rotation. The control unit has a cascade control structure with a first control member for converting an electrical input signal corresponding to a required angle of rotation into an electrical intermediate signal corresponding to a required electromagnetic torque to be exerted on the rotor body and with a second control member for converting the intermediate signal into an output signal corresponding to a required electrical current through the energizing means. The first and second control members allow for specific intermediate calculations of the required electromagnetic torque and the required current, whereby the response time and accuracy of the control unit are improved.

    摘要: In an output control apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to this invention, a target torque of a driving shaft of an automobile is determined in accordance with the pedaling stroke of an accelerator pedal, and a deviation between the target torque and an actual torque of the driving shaft is obtained. On the assumption that the whole system of the automobile, including the internal combustion engine, is in a steady-state operation mode, on the other hand, a steady-state output torque of the internal combustion engine, required for applying the target torque to the driving shaft, is obtained. In the output control apparatus, moreover, a steady-state suction air amount of the internal combustion engine is obtained such that the steady-state output torque is obtained in the internal combustion engine, and this steady-state suction air amount is corrected in accordance with a feedback amount based on the aforesaid deviation, so that a target suction air amount of the internal combustion engine is determined, and the opening of a throttle valve is controlled so that the target suction air amount can be obtained.

    摘要: A device for controlling idling operation of an internal combustion engine comprising an actuator operatively connected to a throttle valve for controlling the opening degree of the throttle valve during engine idling operation, an actuator position sensor for sensing an operating position of the actuator, a first control unit adapted to receive output signals from an engine RPM sensor, a water temperature sensor which senses the temperature of engine cooling water and the actuator position sensor to control the operation of the actuator such that the opening degree of the throttle valve is adjusted to an appropriate level to maintain the RPMs of the engine during idling at a predetermined value corresponding to the sensed temperature of the cooling water, and a second control unit independently operated from said first control unit to control the operation of the actuator in accordance with the operating position of the actuator and the temperature of the cooling water so as to limit the operating position of the actuator and thereby limit the RPMs of the engine to the predetermined value corresponding to the sensed temperature of the cooling water notwithstanding a higher value of RPMs being called for by the first control unit. As a result, abnormal increases in RPMs during the idling operation of the engine are prevented even when the first control unit malfunctions.

    摘要: An improved fuel injection system of the type in which the fuel injection timing and the fuel injection rate vary with the plunger pre-stroke which is regulated by displacing a control sleeve slidably fitted on a plunger reciprocating at a non-uniform speed and in which the actual injection quantity varies with the pre-stroke. The fuel injection system comprise an engine operating condition sensor, a pre-stroke control means, and a control sleeve driving means that cooperate to adjust the plunger pre-stroke. The amount of pre-stroke is detected by a position sensor. The position sensor and the engine operating condition sensor deliver respective outputs to a correction arithmetic means which computes the amount of deviation and thereby the amount of correction based on the outputs delivered. The arithmetic means sends an output signal indicative of the amount of correction to an injection quantity control means which in turn corrects the object injection quantity and then delivers a control signal to a plunger driving means by means of which the plunger is rotated, thereby adjusting the effective stroke of the plunger according to the amount of pre-stroke.
