摘要: A remote follow spot system includes a remote controller that has separately movable parts that are movable in two orthogonal directions, and a display attached to one of said two separately movable parts. The display receives a video feed from a controlled light, that is controlled to move in the same directions as remote controller. The display hence shows the field of view where the light is pointing. In this way, an operator of the follow spot can control the light without physically being near the light.

摘要: Color temperature actually emitted by a light emitting diode (LED) is perceived by a viewer of that LED to be altered because of the placement of a passive color temperature-shifting panel between the viewer and the LED. The panel is colored in a manner to cause a perception of a shift from one color temperature of the light emitting diode to another color temperature of the light emitting diode in the absence of any electrochromic, photochromic, or thermochromic material in the panel.

摘要: A flame simulator can include a light beam source, a range limiter, a light beam mover, a power supply, a power control circuit, and a flame screen. The light beam source can be adapted to project a movable beam of light with a circular, oval, elliptical, or otherwise round, cross-sectional shape and with an intensity, shape and/or color that mimics a flame (e.g., a candle flame) when the beam strikes the flame screen. The light beam mover can generate beam movement and the range limiter can limit the range of movement so that the beam stays mostly on the flame screen in a region bounded by the typical range of movement of a flame being simulated (e.g., a candle flame moving in response to ambient air currents). The light beam mover can cause the illumination provided by the beam to dance on the flame screen with variations in position and shape that mimic a dancing flame (e.g., a candle flame being blown about by air currents). One or more of the flame simulators can be incorporated into an imitation candle.

The light emitting device comprises: an organic EL panel having a light emitting surface; a light diffusion layer provided on the light emitting surface; and a color difference creation layer provided on the light diffusion layer to receive lights from the light diffusion layer, change the lights in color and thus discharge them to allow a different color to be observed depending on a viewing angle.

摘要: The disclosed technology provides micro-assembled micro-LED displays and lighting elements using arrays of micro-LEDs that are too small (e.g., micro-LEDs with a width or diameter of 10 μm to 50 μm), numerous, or fragile to assemble by conventional means. The disclosed technology provides for micro-LED displays and lighting elements assembled using micro-transfer printing technology. The micro-LEDs can be prepared on a native substrate and printed to a display substrate (e.g., plastic, metal, glass, or other materials), thereby obviating the manufacture of the micro-LEDs on the display substrate. In certain embodiments, the display substrate is transparent and/or flexible.

The first circuit board has a plurality of light sources thereon. A heat sink is thermally coupled to the light sources and is disposed within the housing. The heat sink includes openings therethrough. Each of the outer edges is in contact with the housing. The light assembly also includes an elongated control circuit board assembly electrically coupled to the light sources of the first circuit board and the lamp base. The control circuit board extends through the openings. The control circuit board has a plurality of electrical components thereon for controlling the light sources.

摘要: Accessories for LED lamp systems and methods of attaching accessories to illumination sources (e.g., LED lamps) are disclosed. A beam shaping accessories mechanically affixed to the LED lamp. The lens is designed to adapt to a first fixture that is mechanically attached to the lens. Accessories are designed to have a second fixture for mating to the first fixture such that the first fixture and the second fixture are configured to produce a retaining force between the first accessory and the lens. The retaining force is a mechanical force that is accomplished by mechanical mating of mechanical fixtures, or the retaining force is a magnetic force and is accomplished by magnetic fixtures configured to have attracting magnetic forces. In some embodiments, the accessory is treated to modulate an emanated light pattern (e.g., a rectangular, or square, or oval, or circular or diffused emanated light pattern). A USB connector is also provided.
