摘要: A light source device includes a semiconductor light-emitting device which emits coherent excitation light, and a wavelength conversion element which is spaced from the semiconductor light-emitting device, generates fluorescence by converting the wavelength of the excitation light emitted from semiconductor light-emitting device, and generates scattered light by scattering the excitation light. The wavelength conversion element includes a support member, and a wavelength converter disposed on the support member. The wavelength converter includes a first wavelength converter, and a second wavelength converter which is disposed around the first wavelength converter to surround the first wavelength converter in a top view of the surface of the support member on which the wavelength converter is disposed. The ratio of the intensity of fluorescence to that of scattered light is lower in the second wavelength converter than in the first wavelength converter.

摘要: A display includes a light emitting diode and a color conversion layer that includes a polymer matrix, a blue photoluminescent material, and a components of a photoinitiator that initiated polymerization to form the polymer matrix. The blue photoluminescent material is selected to absorb ultraviolet light with a maximum wavelength in a range of about 300 nm to about 430 nm and to emit blue light. The blue photoluminescent material also has an emission peak in a range of about 420 nm to about 480 nm. The full width at half maximum of the emission peak is less than 100 nm, and the photoluminescence quantum yield is in a range of 5% to 100%.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a color filter unit. The color filter unit includes a first-color color filter unit and a second-color color filter unit, and the first-color color filter unit is located at a side of the second-color color filter unit adjacent to a substrate. The first-color color filter unit is a blue color filter. The blue color filter is disposed on the side of the second-color color filter unit adjacent to the substrate. Compared with the second-color color filter unit, the blue color filter is preferentially coated, exposed, developed, and ultraviolet cured. Then, in a subsequent process of making the display panel, when the second-color color filter unit is ultraviolet cured, secondary ultraviolet irradiation can be performed on the blue color filter formed in an early stage, which can enhance film adhesion of the blue color filter.
