摘要: A thermal head for use in a dot-matrix printer is disclosed in which a plurality of heating elements for printing dots on recording paper are arranged in a line oblique with respect the moving direction of the thermal head, the dimension of the heating surface of each heating element in a direction parallel to the moving direction of the thermal head is made smaller than the dimension of the heating surface in a direction perpendicular to the above moving direction, each of wiring conductor pairs for supplying a current to the heating elements is extended from both ends of the heating surface in the lengthwise direction thereof, in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the thermal head, one wiring conductor of each wiring conductor pair is connected to a common wiring conductor, and the other wiring conductor of each wiring conductor pair is connected directly to a drive circuit.

摘要: A pressure regulator for regulating a fluid of varying pressure on the primary side to a constant pressure on the secondary side is provided with a device for compensating the pressure on the secondary side so as to make the regulator capable of delivering a constant quantity of a viscous fluid such as paint irrespective of changes in the temperature of the fluid. The compensating device comprises an inner casing sealed off from the paint passage of the regulator, an assembly of bimetal plates housed within the inner casing and mechanically linked to the valve stem of the regulator, and an auxiliary diaphragm closing the bottom of the inner casing and also linked to the valve stem. The expansion and contraction of the assembly of bimetal plates is applied to the pressure regulating spring of the regulator to change the degree of compression of the pressure regulating spring and thus the fluid pressure on the secondary side in proportion to the temperature of the fluid. The fluid pressure acting on the auxiliary diaphragm is applied to the pressure regulating spring via the valve stem in the direction opposite to the pressure applied to the pressure regulating spring by the main diaphragm of the regulator, thereby in effect reducing the area of the diaphragm and increasing the precision of the regulator.

摘要: Disclosed is a cover tape which comprises at least a base layer (A), an intermediate layer (B), a peeling layer (C), the primary component of which is a thermoplastic resin, and a heat seal layer (D), the primary component of which is a thermoplastic resin that can be heat sealed to a carrier tape. The tensile storage modulus (c) of the thermoplastic resin that constitutes the peeling layer (C) is within the range of 1×106 Pa to 1×108 Pa. The tensile storage modulus (d) of the thermoplastic resin that constitutes the heat seal layer (D) is within the range of 1×108 Pa to 1×1010 Pa. The ratio of (c) and (d) satisfies 1×104≧(d)/(c)≧1×10. This kind of cover tape has the appropriate peel strength and sufficiently low fluctuation in peel strength when heat sealed to a thermoplastic resin carrier tape. Therefore, the tape will not tear even under shock caused by high-speed peeling, and sticking of electronic parts does not occur even when set aside for a long period of time of 24 to 72 hours in a high-temperature environment of 60 to 80° C.

摘要: Disclosed is a cover film, which includes at least a base layer, an intermediate layer, a releasing layer and a heat seal layer that can be heat-sealed to a carrier tape, and wherein the heat seal layer contains, as a main component, a styrene-acrylic copolymer that has a mass average molecular weight of 5000 to 20000. This cover film is suppressed in variation in release strength when separated from the carrier tape, and is capable of reducing problems in the mounting process of electronic components such as rupture of the cover film during the separation.

摘要: A cover film including, at least, (A) a substrate layer, (B) an intermediate layer, (C) a release layer and (D) a heat seal layer is provided. The release layer (C) includes a resin composition which includes (a) a styrene-based resin composition and (b) an ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer, with the content of the copolymer (b) in the release layer being 20 to 50 mass %, and which has a Vicat softening temperature of 55 to 80° C., while the heat seal layer (D) includes an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 55 to 80° C. By the cover film, a carrier tape of polystyrene or the like can be so heat-sealed even in a short time as to achieve sufficient peel strength. Further, the resulting heat-sealed carrier tape exhibits little variation in peel strength, so that when peeling, few components fly out of the carrier tape.

摘要: There is provide a pneumatic radial tire for heavy loads capable of more effectively preventing a breakdown due to separation of a rubber chafer in an area corresponding to a bead heal portion than before. A pneumatic radial tire 10 for heavy loads has a pair of bead portions 12, a bead core 14 which is embedded in each of the bead portions 12, a radial carcass 16 extending from one bead portion 12 to the other bead portion 12 and turned around the bead core 14 from an inner side to an outer side of the bead portion 12 in a width direction of the tire to be anchored, a rubber chafer 22 disposed over the radial carcass 16 in the opposite side of the bead core 14. An angle θ formed by a steel cord 24S of the wire chafer 24 provided inside of the bead portion 12 outside of the radial carcass 16 and a carcass ply cord 16S of the radial carcass 16 is optimized depending on shear strain generated in the rubber chafer 22 so as to effectively preventing a breakdown of the rubber chafer 22 due to separation in an area corresponding to a bead heal portion 26.
