The analyzing apparatus includes: a rotatable disk in which a plurality of reaction chambers where samples and reagents react with each other are formed; a rotation driver rotating the disk; and a photodetector unit detecting light generated from the reaction chambers, and the photodetector unit comprises: a photodetecting device receiving the light to generate electrical signals; and a light transmitting element receiving the light generated from the reaction chambers and transferring the received light to the photodetecting device.

    摘要: A reaction of a sample mixture liquid is detected accurately, by allowing a solid reagent to be dissolved and reacted in a liquid sample quickly and accurately. A disc main body, and at least one sample mixing unit provided at the disc main body are provided, and the sample mixing unit is provided with: a liquid sample reserve unit; a reagent chamber capable of disposing a plurality of the solid reagents; and a measurement chamber to which a sample mixture liquid containing a liquid sample and a solid reagent mixed in the reagent chamber is supplied. The reagent chamber has a form which allows a plurality of the solid reagents to be disposed in the direction substantially parallel to the radial direction of the disc in which centrifugal force is generated, or in the direction substantially perpendicular to the radial direction of the disc.

    摘要: A baseline processing device and method are provided for analyzing signals with uneven distributions of pulses and slow varying baselines. In one embodiment, the device includes an A/D sampling unit for sampling a digital counting signal to obtain sampled data, and a baseline extracting unit for sorting the N sampled data in the sampling sequence by magnitude and for outputting, among the N sample data, one sample data A with a value equal to the mid-value in the N sample data. A phase compensating unit with a width of M, to which a digital signal is input, outputs a sampled data B according to a FIFO sequence, wherein M=N/2. A first subtractor subtracts the sample data A from the sample data B and outputs the result as baseline removed data.

    摘要: A microfluidic device that comprises several microchannel structures in which there are an inlet port, an outlet port and therebetween a substructure comprising a fluidic function. The device has an axis of symmetry around which the microchannel structures are arranged as two or more concentric annular zones. for an inlet port and an outlet port of the same microchannel structure the inlet port is typically closer to the axis of symmetry than the outlet port. Each microchannel structure comprises a substructure that can retain liquid while the disc is spun around the axis and/or the inlet ports are positioned separate from the paths waste liquid leaving open waste outlet ports will follow across the surface of the disc when it is spun. For the microchannel structures of an annular zones the corresponding substructures are at essentially at the same radial distance while corresponding substructures in microchannel structures of different annular zones are at different radial distances. The invention also refers to several other substructures. The substructure are primarily adapted for transporting liquid aliquots that have a surface tnsion >5 mN/m with centrifugal force.
