Abstract: A rejuvenation and massage device is provided for treating mucosa tissue, such as vaginal tissue, affected by Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome (VRS) or other conditions, through vibration, thermal loading, and light emittance for a duration of time. In one embodiment, the device is an insertable device that includes Low-Level Laser Light (LLLT) therapy to treat the vaginal tissue. The light emittance by one or more light emitters is in a range sufficient to provide therapeutic effects through light radiation. To enhance the therapeutic effects of light radiation provided by the device, the device is configured to provide increased energy density into target tissue of vaginal muscles though a light configuration component (e.g., a focusing component, such as a concave lens assembly, a convex assembly, a pre-lensed light emitter or other focusing optical mechanism) associated with the light emitter that concentrates the light emitted from the light emitter.

Abstract: A skin cleanser includes a surface, such as a silicone surface, with at least one textured portion for transmitting vibrational tapping to the skin. The skin cleanser includes at least one oscillating motor for generating the tapping motion to the skin. The textured portion includes touch-points or a wave that transmit the tapping motion to skin in contact with the textured portions. The touch-points may include thicker and thinner formations of the touch-points to provide firmer or softer vibrations to the skin. The touch-points are within about 0.5 to 2.5 mm in diameter. One configuration includes multiple oscillating motors configured to provide different vibration frequencies at around 50-300 Hertz and operable simultaneously.

Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for providing active and/or passive compression therapy to a body part can include a compression device worn over a compression stocking. The compression device can have a pulley based drive train that is driven by a motor to tighten and loosen compression elements, such as compression straps, in a precise, rapid, and balanced manner. Sensors can be used in the compression device and/or compression stockings to provide feedback to modulate the compression treatment parameters.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a thermal guide element to contact a specific site of a subject to apply a thermal stimulus from the thermal guide element to the specific site; an electrical thermal stimulus controller to raise a temperature of the thermal guide element; and a laser Doppler tissue blood flow meter attached to the subject. The electrical thermal stimulus controller raises a peak temperature of the thermal guide element to be 50±5° C. when the thermal guide element is brought into contact with the specific site to apply the thermal stimulus to the specific site, while measuring the rate of the blood flow by the laser Doppler tissue blood flow meter. The rate of the blood flow is increased in the subject by 30% or more as compared with the rate of the blood flow measured before the application of the thermal stimulus.

Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to a vibration motor assembly. The vibration motor assembly includes a vibration motor, at least one flexible connector adapted to suspend the vibration motor from a bed frame support surface, and a controller adapted to control the vibration motor. The vibration motor assembly further includes an attachment means for attaching the flexible connector to the bed frame support surface and/or an attachment means for attaching the controller to the bed frame support surface or a corresponding bed facility. The vibration motor assembly can be provided in the form of a kit including the vibration motor, the flexible connector(s), the controller, and optionally a remote control and/or further mounting elements for attaching the flexible connector(s) and/or the controller to a bed frame support surface, such as part of an adjustable bed facility or a fixed bed facility which can further include a mattress supported thereon.
