    Abstract: An apparatus and method with register sharing are provided. In one general aspect, a method of operating a processing apparatus includes determining whether there is shared data that is used by each of threads in a plurality of threads sharing a shared memory, based on an instruction that has been decoded, based on determining whether there is shared data that is used by each of the threads in the plurality of threads, determining whether an address of the shared data corresponding to each of the threads in the plurality of threads is stored in an address-to-register mapping table, based on a result of either the determining whether the address is stored in the address-to-register mapping table, mapping the address of the shared data to a shared register corresponding to the shared data, and loading the shared data based on the shared register.

    Abstract: A light-emitting device includes a plurality of first light-emitting regions contiguously arranged in a first direction. Each of the first light-emitting regions includes at least one light-emitting cell. A plurality of second light-emitting regions are contiguously arranged in the first direction. Each of the second light-emitting regions includes at least one light-emitting cell. The plurality of second light-emitting regions are adjacent to the plurality of first light-emitting regions in a second direction that intersects the first direction.     Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a display driver integrated circuit and a driving control circuit. The display panel includes a plurality of pixels connected to a plurality of driving lines and a plurality of source lines. The display driver integrated circuit includes a driving control signal generator. The driving control signal generator generates a driving control signal based on display device information and pixel values corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of rows among a plurality of previous pixel values of a previous frame and a plurality of present pixel values of a present frame. The driving control circuit selectively connects the display driver integrated circuit with each of the plurality of driving lines based on the driving control signal such that first driving signals provided to first driving lines among the plurality of driving lines are blocked.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the disclosure includes: a housing including a plurality of acoustic holes; an enclosure mounted in the housing; at least one heating element disposed in the enclosure; a heat dissipation structure disposed on the heating element to transfer heat generated from the heating element; and a heat dissipation duct disposed at least partially on the heat dissipation structure to provide a path for transferring the heat transferred from the heat dissipation structure to the outside through the acoustic holes. The heat dissipation structure may include: at least one first heat transfer member coupled to the one heating element; and a second heat transfer member disposed at least partially on the first heat transfer member to transfer, to the heat dissipation duct, heat transferred from the first heat transfer member.

    Abstract: Measurement data are produced by measuring characteristics of a semiconductor device. Target parameters are selected among a plurality of parameters of a device model where the device model is configured to perform a simulation based on device data and output simulation result data indicating the characteristics of the semiconductor device. Initial value sets corresponding to different combinations of initial values of the target parameters are selected. Local minimum values are determined based on reinforcement learning. Each local minimum value corresponds to a minimum value of a difference between the measurement data and the simulation result data with respect to each initial value set. Optimal values of the target parameters are determined based on the plurality of local minimum values. The device model capable of precisely predicting characteristics of the semiconductor device is generated by determining the parameters of the device model using the optimization scheme based on the reinforcement learning.
