Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an altitude measurement system and an altitude measurement method capable of measuring an altitude of a moving body in a stand-alone mode. In order to achieve the present object, the invention provides an altitude measurement system having altitude measurement terminals M1 to Mn connected to the Internet connection and atmospheric-pressure trend management unit TM1 connected to the Internet connection, each of the altitude measurement terminals M1 to Mn including: an atmospheric-pressure measurement unit 201 that measures an atmospheric pressure; a same-floor-stay detection unit 202 and an in-area-stay detection unit 203 for detecting existence of the moving body at a predetermined altitude; and an atmospheric-pressure trend candidate value output unit 204 that outputs, to the atmospheric-pressure trend management unit TM1, atmospheric pressure data measured during a predetermined period by the atmospheric-pressure measurement unit 201 when the existence of the moving body exists at a predetermined altitude, and an atmospheric-pressure trend integration/generation unit 205 generating the reference atmospheric pressure data corresponding to the altitude by, as needed, calculating an average value among a plurality of pieces of the atmospheric pressure data supplied from the atmospheric-pressure trend candidate value output unit 204.

Abstract: A crystal orientation layer laminated structure capable of widely selecting materials for a base substrate and an electrode substrate, an electronic memory using the crystal orientation layer laminated structure and a method for manufacturing the crystal orientation layer laminated structure are provided. The crystal orientation layer laminated structure according to the present invention has such a feature as including a substrate, including an orientation control layer which is laminated on the substrate, which is made of any of germanium, silicon, tungsten, germanium-silicon, germanium-tungsten and silicon-tungsten, and whose thickness is at least 1 nm or more, and including a first crystal orientation layer which is laminated on the orientation control layer, which is made of any of SbTe, Sb2Te3, BiTe, Bi2Te3, BiSe and Bi2Se3 as a main component, and which is oriented in a certain crystal orientation.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for producing a dispersion, which enable high-speed and highly-efficient production of a dispersion of a reaction product having desired properties, are provided. The present invention relates to such a method and an apparatus for producing a dispersion. In the method and the apparatus, a first substance is dissolved or dispersed in a first liquid, a second substance is dissolved or dispersed in a second liquid or a low dielectric liquid, a phase of the second liquid and a phase of the low dielectric liquid are one on top of the other in such a manner that the two phases are separated from each other, a spray port of a nozzle is disposed in the low dielectric liquid phase, or is disposed at a position apart from the two phases but close to the low dielectric liquid phase in such a manner that the spray port is oriented to a liquid surface of the low dielectric liquid phase, and an electrode is disposed in the second liquid phase. In these states, droplets of the first liquid in which the first substance is dissolved or dispersed, are charged by generating a potential difference between the nozzle and the electrode, and are electrostatically sprayed from the spray port of the nozzle. In the method and the apparatus, the first liquid which was electrostatically sprayed, passes through the phase of the low dielectric liquid and reaches the phase of the second liquid so that the reaction product is dispersed in the second liquid phase or in the low dielectric liquid phase.
