Abstract:
The present invention enables a user to receive a financial service anywhere through a mobile terminal equipped with a UIM (User Identification Module) electronic card. In the present invention, a user enters his or her password to a mobile terminal with a UIM card including subscriber telephone number, finance, authorization, and personal information, then, if the entered password is correct, authorization is processed with a remote authorizing server based on the authorization information. After authorization, user's requesting service, e.g., payment service, transaction particulars inquiry service, prepaid card recharging service is conducted through a mobile network.
Abstract:
A relay node (RN) apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal according to a link mode in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are disclosed. A processor transmits or receives a signal to or from at least one of a base station and a terminal based on link mode information. At least one antenna receive the link mode information and transmit or receive the signal to or from at least one of the base station and the user equipment. The link mode information includes information a link mode in which the relay node apparatus will operate.
Abstract:
A method of operating a wearable watch includes recognizing a predetermined gesture including pitching or rolling, setting a yaw reference value when recognizing the predetermined gesture and compensating a display orientation according to a change in yaw data corresponding to yawing from the yaw reference value to uniformly keep a target shape according a gaze direction of a user.
Abstract:
A photographing apparatus includes a detection unit for detecting light exposure error resulting from a difference in a moving characteristic between a mechanical rear curtain and an electronic front curtain using data of some area constituting an image sensor, a signal generating unit for generating a reset signal of the image sensor, and a control unit for controlling to correct a moving characteristic of the electronic front curtain using the detected light exposure error and generate a reset signal of the image sensor according to the corrected moving characteristic. Accordingly, a moving characteristic of an electronic front curtain may be conveniently corrected by a user.
Abstract:
Provided is a method and apparatus for measuring a progress or a performance of an application program in a computing environment using a micro-architecture. An apparatus for thread progress tracking may select a thread included in an application program, may determine, based on a predetermined criterion, whether an execution scheme for at least one instruction included in the thread corresponds to an effective execution scheme in which an execution time is uniform or a non-effective execution scheme in which a delayed cycle is included and the execution time is non-uniform, and may generate an effective progress index (EPI) by accumulating an execution time of an instruction executed by the effective execution scheme other than an instruction executed by the non-effective execution scheme.
Abstract:
An image sensor capable of boosting a voltage of a floating diffusion node is provided. The image sensor includes a floating diffusion node and a storage element which are in a semiconductor substrate. The image sensor includes a first light-shielding material formed over the floating diffusion node, and a second light-shielding material formed over the storage diode. The second light-shielding material is separated from the first light-shielding material. The image sensor also includes a first voltage supply line configured to apply a first voltage to the first light-shielding material and a second voltage supply line configured to apply a second voltage lower than the first voltage to the second light-shielding material.
