摘要: A method for producing an electrode material for a lithium-ion secondary battery. The method includes the following steps: (a) mixing components of a basic ingredient or active substance of electrode material and a conductive carbon material to obtain a conductive carbon material-composited material; (b) mixing the conductive carbon material-composited material and a surface layer-forming material; an (c) burning the mixture obtained at step (b) to obtain the electrode material. Also, a lithium-ion secondary battery including an electrode which includes the material.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a battery module comprising a plurality of battery cells encased in an outer shell. The outer shell has disposed on an inner surface a flame retardant layer that comprises expandable graphite. The expandable graphite is operative to expand during an thermal event that results in an increase in battery module temperature. Disclosed herein too is a method comprising disposing in a battery module a flame retardant layer; where the battery module comprises a plurality of battery cells encased in an outer shell. The outer shell has disposed on an inner surface a flame retardant layer that comprises expandable graphite. The expandable graphite is operative to expand during an thermal event that results in an increase in battery module temperature.

摘要: The manufacturing method of a porous silicon material of the present disclosure includes a particle forming step of melting a raw material containing Al as a first element in an amount of 50% by mass or more and Si in an amount of 50% by mass or less to obtain a silicon alloy, a pore forming step of removing the first element from the silicon alloy to obtain a porous material, and a heat treatment step of heating the porous material to diffuse elements other than Si to a surface of the porous material.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for a fabrication of a pore comprising membrane and a pore comprising membrane. The pore comprising membrane (1) comprises at least a porous metallic layer (3) on a porous substrate (6), wherein the porous metallic layer (3) is connected to the porous substrate (6) and the pores (4) of the metallic layer (3) overlap at least partially with the pores (7) of the porous substrate (6). The method comprises at least the following steps: i) deposition of the metallic layer (3) onto a support material (2), wherein the deposited metallic layer (3) forms a plurality of feedthroughs, in particular a percolation network on the support material (2), ii) removal of the support material (2), iii) connecting of the metallic layer (3) with the porous substrate (6) such that pores (4) of the metallic layer (3) overlap at least partially with the pores (7) of the porous substrate (6).

摘要: The invention provides a method for suppressing thermal runaway of lithium batteries, which is included a step of providing a lithium battery capable of performing charging and discharging, which includes an electrochemical reaction system. When the temperature of the lithium battery reaches to a predetermined temperature, a metal ion (A) and an amphoteric metal ion (B) are applied to the positive active material layer and the negative active material layer of the lithium battery to passivate the positive active material layer and the negative active material layer. The metal ion (A) is selected from a non-lithium alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion or a combination thereof to prevent the thermal runaway from occurring.

摘要: A cabinet with anti-condensation mechanism is used to control opening and closing a cabinet door of the cabinet. The cabinet includes a control module, a temperature control module, and a locking module. The control module senses a cabinet-inside temperature inside the cabinet, and senses cabinet-outside temperature and a cabinet-outside humidity outside the cabinet to generate a dew-point threshold value. The temperature control module is used to adjust the cabinet-inside temperature. The locking module is used to lock the cabinet door or unlock the cabinet door. The control module controls the locking module according to the cabinet-inside temperature and the dew-point threshold value, and controls the temperature control module to adjust the cabinet-inside temperature to be greater than or equal to the dew-point threshold value when the control module receives a trigger signal.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a battery module includes: a cartridge including an accommodation space therein; a plurality of battery cells placed in the accommodation space; a cooling unit configured to cool the battery cells; and a heat exchange unit configured to exchange heat with the cooling unit, wherein the heat exchange unit includes: a heat exchange chamber having an inner space; a lower cooling flow path located in the heat exchange chamber and through which a cooling fluid flows; an upper cooling flow path located above the lower cooling flow path and through which the cooling fluid supplied from the lower cooling flow path flows; and a connection flow path configured to supply the cooling fluid flowing in the lower cooling flow path to the upper cooling flow path.

The packs may include a lid coupled with the first surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells. The packs may include a base coupled with the second surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells.
