Abstract:
Provided an apparatus and a method for reporting a measurement result in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives report conditions and a measurement setting including a report for position information from a base station. When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether valid position information is available and the measured result is transmitted to the base station. When the valid position information is not available, the measured result includes serving cell information and adjacent cell information.
Abstract:
In a liquid crystal display apparatus, a first control signal bus line receives a first control signal. A second control signal bus line receives a second control signal that lags behind the first control signal. A de-multiplexer circuit includes a first switching element and a second switching element. The first switching element switches a current path between a first source line and a first data line in response to the first control signal, and the second switching element switches a current path between the first source line and a second data line in response to the second control signal. A pixel part includes a first pixel connected to the first control signal bus line and corresponding to a first color filter, a second pixel connected to the second control signal bus line and corresponding to a second color filter, and a third pixel corresponding to a third color filter, wherein the third pixels are alternately connected to the first control signal bus line and the second control signal bus line.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus sp. strain having probiotic activity. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a novel Bacillus sp. 2-4 (KCCM11107P) strain having probiotic activity. Since the strain of the present disclosure functions as probiotics by having an antibacterial activity against various fish pathogenic bacteria, as well as secreting helpful enzymes such as protease, amylase, cellulose, and lipase to help the digestion and absorption of the feed, the strain of the present disclosure can be helpfully used as a feed additive for fish and crustaceans.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A certification system connected to a radio communication system which includes a device configured to perform a first certification based on first information received via the radio communication system from a radio terminal. A first access server is connected to a first network and to the radio network and the first access server is configured to acquire the first information and to perform a second certification based on second information received via the radio network from the radio terminal. The first access server also selectively provides information requested by the radio terminal to the radio terminal based on the second information.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a gallium nitride (GaN) wafer is provided. In the method for manufacturing the GaN wafer according to an embodiment, an etch stop layer is formed on a substrate, and a first GaN layer is formed on the etch stop layer. A portion of the first GaN layer is etched with a silane gas, and a second GaN layer is formed on the etched first GaN layer. A third GaN layer is formed on the second GaN layer.
Abstract:
One embodiment includes a non-volatile memory cell array, and a read unit configured to disable read operation for the non-volatile memory cell array for a time period following writing of data in the non-volatile memory cell array.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an inertial sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. The inertial sensor 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a membrane 110, a piezoelectric body 120 formed in a multilayer above the membrane 110, a first electrode 130 formed between the membrane 110 and the piezoelectric body 120, a second electrode 140 formed on an exposed surface of the piezoelectric body 120, and a third electrode 150 formed between layers of the piezoelectric body 120 formed in a multilayer.
Abstract:
The method includes performing a wired back-to-back test by forming M wired paths connecting one of the N transmission antennas with the M reception antennas through M cables, separating ith digital data corresponding to an ith receiver wired path from the plurality of digital data stored in the receiver wherein i is a natural number greater than 1 and smaller than M, extracting a time delay by decimating the separated ith digital data and performing sliding correlation on the decimated data, and extracting attenuation and phase characteristics of the ith receiver wired path by extracting samples after the time delay among the decimated samples.
