摘要： A method of and apparatus for inserting coils into slots formed in the stator core of a dynamoelectric machine such as an electric motor, with the stator core having open type slots each of which cooperates with blades of the apparatus for guiding the coil and a stripper for forcing the coil out of the blades. A closed space has a volume sufficient to avoid any disorder of coil wire layers when the coil is received by the closed space. After placing the coils in the closed spaces, the coils are pushed into the respective slots and, as desired, the coils are further compressed until the coil wires assume a non-circular cross-section. By so doing, it is possible to remarkably increase the space factor of each slot.

摘要： An apparatus for inserting electronic elements comprises: a board positioning means having a pair of rails disposed on an X-Y table, the board positioning means being adapted to fix and position a board which is fed thereto along the rails; an element supply means having a plurality of element supply units each adapted to feed to its element supply position an electronic element to be inserted in the board, the element supply units being arranged such that their element supply positions are placed in one or a plurality of rows; a plurality of chucks each formed such as to correspond to the configuration and size of the associated electronic elements to be inserted; an inserting head having a holder mechanism and adapted to detachably support one of the chucks by the holder mechanism and to reciprocatively move between a chuck exchanging position and element supply and insertion positions; and a chuck exchanging means including a chuck unit in which the chucks are arranged on an index-movable plate and a chuck exchanging unit which is adapted to actuate the holder mechanism of the inserting head thereby to load and unload the chuck.

摘要： An apparatus for connecting wiring patterns on a wiring board and leads of a parts to be mounted on the wiring board, via the solder provided between the leads and the patterns. The parts-connecting apparatus enables, especially, circuit elements of a high degree of, to be connected automatically with high reliability and accuracy by using solder through the steps of setting the wiring board in a predetermined position while pressing a surface thereof so as to remove the warp from the wiring board, fastening the leads of the part to the wiring patterns by a magnet provided on the lower surface of the wiring board, and heating the solder provided on the portions of the leads which are fastened to the wiring patterns.

摘要： Software and hardware such as part feeding and assembling devices constituting a production system are simplified with the use of a plurality of processing and assembly integrated units in which processing and assembling of parts are coupled and integrated in accordance with products to be produced. The necessities for an automatic warehouse and an automated ground vehicle are eliminated by getting rid of futility of mere movements of the parts. A fundamental idea is that a production system is constructed of units in which three sections--a section for processing a raw material, a check functional section and an assembling section--are integrally combined in accordance with the products to be produced. The parts are processed, checked and assembled by single units just in time while targeting molded parts of plastic and pressed parts.

摘要： A method of bonding an insulated and coated wire which has an insulated coating on the outside of an electrically conductive wire is disclosed which consists in connecting one end of said insulated and coated wire to the anode side of an arc power source and connecting a discharge torch to the cathode side of said arc power source with an arc discharge performed between the tip of said insulated and coated wire and the discharge torch to form a ball at said end, and said ball being positioned with respect to the bonding pad of an electrically conductive electrode and bonding being performed with a specified pressure applied to said ball.

摘要： An apparatus for inserting electronic elements comprises means for supplying electronic elements, means for cutting to different lengths a plurality of lead wires extended in the same direction from the body of an electronic element supplied by the electronic element supply means, a chuck mechanism for holding the body of the electronic element with the lead wires thereof cut to different lengths by the cutting means, means for changing the direction of the lead wires with respect to insertion holes by swivelling the chuck mechanism by a predetermined angle around an axis perpendicular to the plane of a printed circuit board, an insertion head including insertion means for inserting the lead wires into the insertion holes by moving the chuck mechanism vertically with respect to the printed circuit board, an index table for moving the insertion head stepwise from at least a lead wire forward end position measuring station to a lead wire insertion station, means for measuring the forward end position of each lead wire of the electronic element held by the chuck mechanism of the insertion head at the lead wire forward end position measuring station, and means for correcting the positions of the insertion holes of the printed circuit board by moving it along X and Y axes in accordance with the forward end positions of the lead wires measured by the measuring means at the lead wire insertion station. The lead wires are inserted into the insertion holes associated therewith in descendent order of the length of the lead wires sequentially.
