The photosensitive layer has a charge transport layer (I) having hole mobility, a charge generation layer, and a charge transport layer (II) containing a curing product of a doped amino resin and having electron mobility. The charge transport layer (I), the charge generation layer, and the charge transport layer (II) are laminated in this order on the conductive substrate.
