    摘要: The present invention provides a machining method of a valve hole and the valve hole machined with the method, wherein the method includes the following steps: (1) performing drilling machining for a valve hole by adopting a valve hole drill bit to achieve a predetermined machining dimension; (2) performing fine machining by adopting a reamer to allow the diameter of the valve hole to reach a stable dimensional state and removing impurities and aluminum scraps on the surface of the valve hole, thereby meeting the requirement of final fine grinding extrusion machining for a blank; and (3) performing final precision machining by adopting a grinding extrusion tool. A technical solution of the present invention can improve the machining precision and strength for the valve hole, prevent the generation of hot cracks and improve the anti-fatigue strength of the valve hole by more than 20%.

A height of a shoulder of a shoulder portion 18 of an outer member 12 with respect to a ball diameter of a double ball 14 row is set in a range of 0.35 to 0.50 mm. A corner 19 of the shoulder portion 18 has a relief surface 19a and a chamfered portion 19b. The relief surface is on a straight line that is on a tangent line of an outer raceway surface 12a. The chamfered portion 19b is round in a circular arc with a predetermined radius of curvature r. The corner 19 is formed simultaneously by a formed grinding wheel forming the double row outer raceway surface 12a. The corner is formed smoothly continuous from each outer raceway surface 12a. A length in the radial direction of the relief surface 19a is set greater than or equal to 0.2 mm.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a bicycle rim includes the following steps. A first bar of material and a second bar of material are formed by extrusion. The first bar and the second bar are respectively made into an arched section of material (unfinished external ring, unfinished internal ring) and cut. Excessive portions of the unfinished external and internal rings are cut from by trimming. The unfinished external and internal rings are assembled and interconnected to each other. The assembled unfinished external and internal rings are laterally pressed to promote a connection between the unfinished external and internal rings. The ends of the unfinished external ring are welded and connected to each other, and the ends of the unfinished internal ring are welded and connected to each other to from a rim structure. Any roughness of the rim structure is ground and the bicycle rim is finished.
