摘要: A system used in a factory for manufacture of a moving object comprises: a remote controller that moves the moving object by remote control, the moving object being movable in the factory during a course of manufacture in the factory, the moving object including a communication device having a communication function for the remote control and a driving controller that implements driving control over the moving object; a manufacturing status acquisition unit that acquires information about a manufacturing status in the factory including delay in a step; and a speed setting unit that sets a moving speed of the moving object using the acquired manufacturing status. The remote controller moves the moving object in a transport zone between steps at the set moving speed of the moving object by the remote control.

摘要: A delivery robot includes a propulsion system, a storage area arranged to contain at least one item for delivery, a wireless interface, a memory device, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive, from a robot management system (RMS) and via the wireless interface, a delivery request, wherein the delivery request identifies at least the item contained within the storage area, a delivery location, and a recipient. The processor is also configured to control the propulsion system to navigate the delivery robot to the delivery location in response to receiving the delivery request, receive an authentication credential from the recipient, authenticate the recipient based upon the authentication credential, and in response to authenticating the recipient, control the storage area to provide the at least one item contained within the storage area to the recipient.

The portable user device includes a user interface and processor configured to perform a verification process to verify that the portable user device has access to the vehicle, wirelessly connect to the vehicle via a wireless transceiver of the portable user device in response to the portable user device being verified, display a control interface for the vehicle on the user interface of the portable user device in response to connecting to the vehicle, receive an input through the control interface regarding operation of the electric drive motor, and provide a command to the vehicle controller based on the input to facilitate remote operation of the electric drive motor.

摘要: An autonomous vehicle having sensors advantageously varied in capabilities, advantageously positioned, and advantageously impervious to environmental conditions. A system executing on the autonomous vehicle that can receive a map including, for example, substantially discontinuous surface features along with data from the sensors, create an occupancy grid based upon the map and the data, and change the configuration of the autonomous vehicle based upon the type of surface on which the autonomous vehicle navigates. The device can safely navigate surfaces and surface features, including traversing discontinuous surfaces and other obstacles.

摘要: A transportation system optimizes an operating parameter of a vehicle based on a physiological state of an occupant of the vehicle. The transportation system includes a sensor to sense a physiological condition of the occupant and to output data based on the sensed physiological condition. The sensor includes a voice capture system to capture a voice of the occupant and includes the voice as at least part of the output data. The transportation system further includes an artificial intelligence system to receive the output data, classifies an emotional state of the captured voice based on analysis of aspects of the output data and processes the classified emotional state of the captured voice to determine an emotional state of the occupant and to optimize, for achieving a favorable emotional state of the occupant, at least one operating parameter of the vehicle in response to the determined emotional state of the occupant.

摘要: A transportation system includes: a neural network to determine current inferred hormonal state data of an occupant of the vehicle based in part on received sensor data relating to the occupant; and an artificial intelligence-based system trained on a set of outcomes related to occupant in-vehicle experience. The artificial intelligence-based system is configured to: retrieve sensor data of the occupant; identify a difference between the current inferred hormonal state data and a desired hormonal state; determine a variation including one of configuring the vehicle for aggressive driving performance or configuring the vehicle for non-aggressive driving performance to promote the desired hormonal state of the occupant responsive to the current inferred hormonal state; and induce the variation in one or more occupant experience parameters to achieve at least one desired outcome.

摘要: A machine localization system includes a work machine including a chassis and an extendable implement, a first pressure sensor coupled to the work machine, a second pressure sensor located at a known elevation, and a computing system operably coupled to the work machine, the first pressure sensor, and the second pressure sensor. The computing system is configured to receive a first pressure reading from the first pressure sensor and a second pressure reading from the second pressure sensor, determine an elevation of the work machine based on at least the first pressure reading and the second pressure reading, determine a maximum operating height of the extendable implement based on at least the determined elevation, and configure the extendable implement to not exceed the maximum operating height.
