摘要: An automated gate actuator system is provided for use in selectively opening and closing a gate that dispenses proppant from a proppant container during the course of a hydraulic fracturing operation. A lever arm is pivotally mounted for movement to place a drive gear in contact with a driven gear to open and close the gate. The gate may be remotely or autonomously actuated in this manner utilizing an electronic control triggered by human and/or sensor input.

摘要: A thermally insulated panel includes a first skin, a second skin spaced apart from the first skin, and a core that is disposed between and bonded to the first skin and the second skin such that the core transfers loads between the first skin and the second skin. The core includes a porous filler material that has a vacuum drawn therein such that the core resists transfer of thermal energy through the panel. A cargo container including thermally insulated panels and a method of manufacturing the thermally insulated panels are also disclosed. In addition, a method of repairing a vacuum insulated panel is disclosed.

摘要: A modular portable storage container system includes a first container section and a second container section, each of the first and second container sections having a structural frame. A blocking frame is sized and shaped to fit within a vehicle cargo compartment. A latch mechanism selectively retains the structural frame of each of the first and second container sections in contact with the blocking frame. A position sensor is in communication with a position indicator. The position sensor detects a position of the first and second container sections relative to the blocking frame. The position indicator indicates a position of the first and second container sections relative to the blocking frame. A plurality of casters affixed to a bottom surface of the first and second container sections allows the first and second container sections to roll over the floor.

摘要: A conveyance mechanism (1) includes: a trough (10) that conveys an article; a support member (20) to which the trough is detachably coupled, the support member including a vibrator that vibrates the trough; and a coupling member (30) that couples the trough and the support member. The trough includes a first abutting member (11) that is located on a back side of a conveyance face for conveyance of the article and abuts on the support member. The support member includes a second abutting member (21) that is plate-shaped and has a second circumferential edge (22) vertically identical to a first circumferential edge (12) that is a circumferential edge of the first abutting member. The coupling member couples the trough and the support member by fastening the first abutting member and the second abutting member with the first circumferential edge and the second circumferential edge in superposition. The second abutting member (21) is provided with a through hole (23) passing through the second abutting member.

摘要: A bulk fluid storage container includes a frame assembly having a lower rectangular frame, first and second wheel assemblies extending from opposite ends of the lower rectangular frame, and an upper rectangular frame member arranged in spaced relation to the lower rectangular frame member by a plurality of vertically extending posts. The bulk fluid storage container also includes a fluid storage vessel having first and second end walls held in spaced relation by first and second side walls, a top wall and a bottom wall, which defines a fluid storage volume. A baffle assembly having a plurality of baffle plates is disposed in a space relationship in the fluid storage volume. The frame assembly provides an exoskeletal structure which surrounds the fluid storage vessel and is configured to support a second bulk fluid storage container in a vertically stacked relationship.

The embedded electrical grid may be used for power distribution, structural strengthening and stiffness, and/or puncture detection.

摘要: A method and system for monitoring wine in a barrel having a bung hole is provided. The system comprises a sensor enclosure, a sensor conduit, and an original bung. The sensor conduit is operably coupled to the sensor enclosure. The original bung comprises a passage hole for inserting the sensor conduit through the original bung. The original bung also comprises a space for inserting at least a portion of the sensor enclosure. This space does not extend through the original bung. The outer diameter of the original bung is determined by the diameter of the bung hole of the barrel.

摘要: Three-dimensional (3D) depth imaging systems and methods are disclosed for dynamic container auto-configuration. A 3D-depth camera captures 3D image data of a shipping container located in a predefined search space during a shipping container loading session. An auto-configuration application determines a representative container point cloud and (a) loads an initial pre-configuration file that defines a digital bounding box having dimensions representative of the predefined search space and an initial front board area; (b) applies the digital bounding box to the container point cloud to remove front board interference data from the container point cloud based on the initial front board area; (c) generates a refined front board area based on the shipping container type; (d) generates an adjusted digital bounding box based on the refined front board area; and (e) generates an auto-configuration result comprising the adjusted digital bounding box containing at least a portion of the container point cloud.

摘要: Techniques are described herein for intelligent charging of shipping container power supplies. An exemplary computer-implemented method may include (1) retrieving container data that includes a power supply indication for a set of shipping containers; (2) identifying one or more shipping containers, wherein the power supply indication for each of the shipping containers indicates that the one or more shipping containers include a power supply; (3) applying a charging model to the container data to determine (i) a charging prioritization, (ii) a respective charge value, and (iii) a respective charging rate; and (4) causing each of the one or more shipping containers to receive the respective charge value at the respective charging rate in a sequential order based upon the charging prioritization for each of the shipping containers.

摘要: An improved system detects an environmental anomaly in a shipping container and initiates a mediation response through a generated layered alert notification. The system includes sensor-based ID nodes associated with packages within the container, and a command node mounted to the container communicating with the ID nodes and an external transceiver on a vehicle transporting the container. The command node is programmed to detect sensor data from the ID nodes; compare the sensor data to package environmental thresholds in context data related to each ID node; detect the environmental anomaly when the comparison indicates an environmental condition for at least one package exceeds its environmental threshold; responsively generate a layered alert notification identifying a mediation recipient and mediation action, and establishing a mediation response priority based upon the comparison; and transmit the layered alert notification to the transceiver unit to initiate a mediation response related to the mediation action.
