摘要: Provided is a fiber having superior bulkiness despite being a synthetic fiber, and wadding. The fiber contains inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 1 μm to 20 μm within the fiber and fiber pores having a maximum width of 0.1 μm to 5 μm and maximum length of 1 μm to 50 μm are formed in fiber cross-sections in the axial direction of the fiber. The wadding contains a fiber A, and the content of fiber A in the wadding (100% by weight) is 50% by weight to 100% by weight, down power is 270 cm3/g to 400 cm3/g, and the fiber A contains inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 1 μm to 20 μm within the fiber.

摘要: Disclosed are a biodegradable film and an enhanced biodegradable fabric and laminate prepared by laminated biodegradable films, which mainly comprise PBAT or PBS, or a mixture thereof, PLA and other degradable high molecular polymers, such as PBSA, PCL, PCL-BS and PHA, to prepare PLA, and a new mixture of PLA and PHAs, or a mixture of PLA with PBAT and PBS, or a mixture of PLA and PHAs with PBAT and PBS or other degradable high molecular polymers. The new fabrics and laminates have a stronger biodegradability in an environment containing microorganisms and have a good shelf life, and good strength, agility and flexibility.

摘要: The present invention relates to wadding in which short fibers (A) having a single fiber fineness (a) of 0.001-1.0 dtex make up 5-90 mass % of the total mass of the wadding. Measured in accordance with JIS L 1096 Warmth Retention Method A (Constant-Temperature Method):2010, a 89% or higher warmth retention ratio is obtained in test items made by stuffing 100 g of the wadding substantially evenly into a pouch-shaped cover produced by layering two pieces of 45 cm-length 100% cotton fabric squares and thereafter sewing shut the opening of the pouch-shaped cover. By means of the present invention, it is possible to provide wadding which has excellent softness and bulkiness and which is ideal for use in down jackets, duvets or other bedding.

摘要: The present invention provides cation exchange fibers having a high capacity of ion exchange and a high utilization rate of ion exchange radicals. The fibers are produced so as to have 3 m eq/g or more of carboxyl groups introduced by simultaneous crosslinking and hydrolyzing treatments of acrylic fibers, and to have tensile strength 1 g/d or more and a degree of water-swellability less than 100%, while maintaining fiber properties without problems in practical use.

摘要: A nanofiber-based directional moisture wicking electronic fabric and preparation methods thereof are provided. The electronic fabric includes hydrophobic fibrous layer, hydrophilic fibrous layer, and conductive functional coating layer. In the preparation method of the nanofiber-based electronic fabric, the hydrophobic nanofibers, the conductive coating layer, and the hydrophilic nanofibers are successively constructed by the combination of electrospinning and electrostatic spraying technology. Through the construction of hydrophilic and hydrophobic differences, the all-fibrous electronic fabric of the invention is enabled to transport sweat from the skin surface to hydrophilic nanofibers to maintain good comfort and has the merit of good electricity at the same time. The all-fibrous electronic fabric is easy to be fabricated and has a wide application prospect in the fields of waterproof and moisture permeable clothing and intelligent wearable electronics.
