摘要: The darkening screen comprises two fabrics, namely a first fabric (10) which comprises in machining direction first strips of film material and first threads (2) in between the first strips, and a second fabric (11) which comprises in machining direction second strips of film material and second threads (6) in between the second strips. The first (2) and the second threads (6) of the first (10) and the second fabric (11) have water transporting capacity. In order to obtain improved moisture transporting properties whilst maintaining a low hemispherical light transmission the first threads (2) are aligned with said second threads (6) and are situated, in a direction perpendicular to said first (10) and second fabric (11), opposite to said second threads (6) to form pairs of first and second threads. In a number of these pairs the first thread (2) is connected at different locations by cross-connections (16) to the second thread (6), more particularly by means of a first yarn (4) of the first fabric which extends in the cross-machining direction, to thereby fix the first fabric (10) to the second fabric (11). The cross-connections (16) preferably hold the first threads (2) at least at the location of the cross-connections (16) against the second threads (6).

摘要: The invention relates to an OPW (one piece woven) airbag comprising warp threads and weft threads which are woven into at least three woven fabric layers, a lower fabric layer (UG), an upper fabric layer (OG), and a central fabric layer (MG) arranged therebetween. The warp threads and weft threads of the central fabric layer (MG) protrude out of the central fabric layer (MG) and completely float between the lower fabric layer (UG) and the upper fabric layer (OG) in a first sub-region (ETB) of the OPW airbag and are integrated into the lower fabric layer (UG) or into the upper fabric layer (OG) in a second sub-region (ZTB) of the OPW airbag.

摘要: An artificial leather includes a resin layer as the surface and a base fabric connected to the resin layer as the substrate. The base fabric comprises at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates. Each monolayer structure is woven with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in one or more other layers to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other in the weaving process, forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The artificial leather incorporates a number of air vent holes distributed in the resin layer and the base fabric in the direction of thickness while retaining mechanical properties of tensile strength and tear resistance.

摘要: In a first aspect, the disclosure provides; a composite laminate. The laminate is made of: a first exterior layer comprising a biocompatible material; a second exterior layer comprising a biocompatible material; and a first inner layer comprising biocompatible threads running parallel to each other and oriented at zero degrees. The layers are laminated together. The disclosure further provides; a method for creating a biocompatible composite laminate. The method includes laying biocompatible threads parallel to one another to create a first middle thread layer on a first biocompatible material exterior layer, and placing a second biocompatible exterior material layer over the parallel biocompatible threads. The laminate is heated and compressed to bond the layers together.
