摘要: Methods and systems are provided for heating a dielectric preform material. An exemplary method includes inserting the preform material into a microwave cavity along a longitudinal axis of the microwave cavity and supplying the microwave cavity with microwave power having a frequency that corresponds to an axial wavelength along the longitudinal axis of the microwave cavity. The axial wavelength is greater than a length of the preform material along the longitudinal axis. The method includes heating the preform material within the microwave cavity by the microwave power and determining temperatures of the preform material at one or more locations on a surface of the preform material. The method further includes adjusting, based on the temperatures of the preform material, the microwave frequency to achieve substantially uniform heating at least on a sidewall of the preform material along the longitudinal axis.

The invention also relates to a method for assembling a pressurizable fluid container configured to dispense when in use a fluid contained in said container at a constant predetermined pressure. In addition, the invention relates to a pressurizable cylindrical vessel, a pressurizable unit, a pressure control system, a bottom plate and a dispenser; as well as their methods of manufacturing. In a final aspect the invention relates to uses of said parts in a bag-on-valve type packaging or metal can type packaging.

摘要: A liquid blow molding method molds a bottomed tubular-shaped preform into a liquid-containing container in which a content liquid is held. The liquid blow molding method includes: a first molding step of liquid blow molding the preform into a halfway shape by supplying, into the preform that has been heated to a predetermined temperature, a first liquid at a predetermined pressure through a nozzle unit; and a second molding step, performed after the first molding step, of liquid blow molding the preform by supplying a second liquid into the preform at a predetermined pressure through the nozzle unit.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a multilayer container in which yellowing of a regenerated polyester resin at the time of recycle is suppressed and a method for producing the same as well as a method for producing a single-layer container. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a regenerated polyester resin from the foregoing multilayer container and single-layer container. The multilayer container of the present invention includes at least one polyester resin composition layer containing a polyester resin (X) and an amino group-containing compound (A) having a yellowing-suppressing ability; and at least one polyamide resin layer containing a polyamide resin (Y).

The machine may additionally include an alignment system configured to sense a position of the prepreg piece relative to the prepreg layer and generate a position signal representative thereof. The machine may also include a controller configured to receive the position signal and cause the robot to adjust the position of the prepreg piece such that an end edge of the prepreg piece and an end edge of the prepreg layer are in substantially abutting contact.
