    Abstract: An electrically conductive stripline (16) is formed on a thermally fusible sheet (10), with a portion (16a) of the stripline (16) extending adjacent to an edge (10a) of the sheet (10). A cavity (18) is formed in another thermally fusible sheet (12) having an end (18) at an edge (12a) thereof. The sheets (10,12) are laminated together with their edges (10a,12a) aligned, and the cavity (18) aligned with and facing the edge portion (16a) of the stripline (16). A retaining pin (20) may be temporarily inserted into the cavity (18) to prevent collapse thereof during the lamination step. The laminated sheets (10,12) are heated to thermally fuse them together. An electrically conductive pin (28) is partially inserted into the cavity (18) and ohmically bonded to the stripline (18) to provide an external connection.

    Abstract: In a circuit board wherein a plurality of leads 21 electrically independent of one another protrude from a base member 10, and the respective leads 21 are electrically connected with connection portions 31 of an electronic component 30 mounted on the base member 10; an electronic component mounting circuit board 100 characerized in that internal connection portions 22 are unitarily formed on inner sides of metal members 20 constructing said respective leads 21, that the base members 10 are integrally disposed on both surfaces of said internal connection portions 22, that the electronic components 30 are mounted on said base members 10, and that said electronic components 30 and said internal connection portions 22 are electrically connected. Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a simply constructed electronic component mounting circuit board which facilitates the design of circuits, which dispenses with the resin molding of the connected portions between the electronic components and the respective leads and affords excellent connection reliability, which can readily form a heat radiating structure, and in which the thermal matching with the electronic components is excellent.

    Abstract: An electric motor vehicle secondary assembly includes a housing body with a housing opening, a drive motor, a device driven by the drive motor, a connector arrangement with at least two exposed connector pins, a cast body with a connector core integrally molded thereon, and a motor control circuit board which is partially potted in the cast body. The connector core forms a connector base. The connector pins are each formed by a respective single rigid pin element which is directly electrically connected to the motor control circuit board. The connector core of the cast body encloses each pin element between the motor control circuit board and the connector base. The connector core is plugged into the housing opening of the housing body so that the connector base completely closes the housing opening and the pin elements project outward from the connector base through the housing opening.
