    摘要: A tangential fan and cutoff assembly for recirculating a lasing gas mixture has blade members, which vary in circumferential position stepwise from end to end, and/or a tapered anode assembly. The number of blade members can be constant or variable between ends. The circumferential position of blade members can shift monotonically or reversibly between ends. Blade members are stiffened by optimally selecting the number and placement of hub members to control the natural vibration frequency of the fan. Methods of forming tangential fans include casting, and machining from a solid block. Monolithic structures can be joined, typically by electron-beam welding. Casting, welding, and machining processes introduce no additional contaminants. Tangential fans produced have mechanical rigidity, accurate tolerances, and low contaminant concentrations. Blade members can be formed into air foil shapes.

Tangential fans produced in accordance with the invention have improved mechanical rigidity, accurate tolerances, and low contaminant concentrations.

For documents in a collection of web pages, respective overlaps of content in the web page and the documents are determined based on stored information about content in the web page and the documents. A request for a replacement for the web page is received from the client system and replacement web page information is provided to the client system. The replacement web page information is selected from the set consisting of A) one or more links to the one or more selected documents, B) a redirect to one of the one or more selected documents, and C) one of the one or more selected documents.

    摘要: A laser crystallization apparatus and method are disclosed for selectively melting a film such as amorphous silicon that is deposited on a substrate. The apparatus may comprise an optical system for producing stretched laser pulses for use in melting the film. In still another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a system and method are provided for stretching a laser pulse. In another aspect, a system is provided for maintaining a divergence of a pulsed laser beam (stretched or non-stretched) at a location along a beam path within a predetermined range. In another aspect, a system may be provided for maintaining the energy density at a film within a predetermined range during an interaction of the film with a shaped line beam.
