摘要: The present disclosure provides an orthodontic article including the reaction product of the polymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides polymerizable compositions and methods of making an orthodontic article. The method includes obtaining a polymerizable composition and selectively curing the polymerizable composition to form an orthodontic article. Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an orthodontic article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the orthodontic article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an orthodontic article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an orthodontic article.

摘要: The present disclosure provides compositions, articles thereof, and methods of forming compositions. In at least one aspect, a composition includes (1) an epoxy, (2) an amino or amido hardener, (3) a polyaniline, (4) a dopant selected from a triazolyl, a thiazolyl, a quinolinyl, a salicylate, a benzoate, a glycolate, a phosphate, a sulfonate, an oxalate, or combination(s) thereof; and (5) a pigment selected from titanium dioxide, silica, talc, mica, aluminium stearate, or combination(s) thereof. The polyaniline+dopant comprises greater than 6 wt %, by weight of the composition. In at least one aspect, a method includes introducing an acid form of a polyaniline to a hydroxide to form a polyaniline hydroxide. The method includes introducing a dopant to the polyaniline hydroxide to form a doped polyaniline.

The rubber composition includes a diene-based rubber, a filler, a phenylenediamine represented by the following formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 are each an alkyl group or aryl group with 7 or more carbon atoms, provided that at least one of R1 and R2 is an alkyl group with 7 or more carbon atoms), a quinoline-based antioxidant, and N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide, in which silica is present in a proportion of 70 mass % or less based on the total filler amount, and the rubber composition is free of N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine (IPPD) and N-phenyl-N′-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD).-

摘要: Disclosed are a water-expandable rubber composition and a water-expandable rubber pad including the same. The water-expandable rubber pad manufactured using the water-expandable rubber composition is rigid enough to be directly inserted into a cylinder jacket even without a metal plate, etc. Moreover, the water-expandable rubber pad may increase in volume upon contact with engine coolant, thereby being optimized for an assembly process and facilitating design. Thus, since no separate assembly parts are used compared to conventional cases, the number of parts can be reduced, and costs can be reduced, and adhesiveness of the rubber pad is superior to that of conventional foam rubber and thus heat retention performance is excellent, resulting in improved engine fuel efficiency.
