The mobile device comprises at least one processor; at least one memory; and a near field communication, NFC, reader; wherein the at least one memory comprises program code which, when executed on the at least one processor causes the mobile device to receive, from the NFC reader, information encoded in an NFC tag associated with a specific location in a building; determine control information to trigger at least one state change associated with the location based on the information encoded to the NFC tag; and send the control information to a control system of the building.

摘要: Provided are a laminated piezoelectric element and an electroacoustic transducer capable of obtaining high piezoelectric characteristics and easily ensuring an electric contact to an electrode layer. A plurality of layers of piezoelectric films, each of which is formed by laminating a first protective layer, a first electrode layer, a piezoelectric layer, a second electrode layer, and a second protective layer in this order, are laminated. Each of the piezoelectric layers is polarized in a thickness direction. In each of the piezoelectric films, the first electrode is disposed on an upstream side in a polarization direction of the piezoelectric layer, and the second electrode is disposed on a downstream side. Each of the plurality of piezoelectric films has a cemented portion which is cemented to an adjacent piezoelectric film and a protruding portion which is not cemented to the adjacent piezoelectric film and in which at least the first electrode layer and the first protective layer or the second electrode layer and the second protective layer protrude from the cemented portion toward the outside in a plane direction. At the protruding portion of each of the piezoelectric films, at least one of a first contact, to which the first electrode layers of the piezoelectric films are electrically connected to each other, or a second contact, to which the second electrode layers of the piezoelectric films are electrically connected to each other, is formed.

摘要: A method for forming a semiconductor structure is provided. The method includes forming a fin structure over a substrate. The fin structure includes a protection layer and alternating first and second semiconductor layers over the protection layer. The method also includes etching the fin structure to form a source/drain recess, forming a sacrificial contact in the source/drain recess, forming a source/drain feature over the sacrificial contact in the source/drain recess, removing the first semiconductor layers of the fin structure, thereby forming a plurality of nanostructures, forming a gate stack wrapping around the nanostructures, removing the substrate thereby exposing the protection layer and the sacrificial contact and replacing the sacrificial contact with a contact plug.

摘要: A machine vision based automatic needle cannula inspection system includes an inspection and control unit, image capture devices, light sources, a unit that makes the needle cannula and the image capture device(s) rotate relative to each other, and a rejected part removal unit. By means of rotating the needle cannula and image capture devices relatively, a plurality of images captured along the circumferential direction of the needle cannula are directly saved to a computer, the images are then screened, processed and analyzed to fulfill the automatic inspection of multiple quality and technical parameters of the needle cannula without the need to position the bevel area of cannula tip to a specific direction. Inspection parameters and accuracy can be set at any time, the system can automatically record classification and statistics of passed and rejected needle cannulas for query, and the rejected cannula are removed automatically at next position.
