    摘要: Disclosed herein are an inspection apparatus for cell reaction by a device for liquid processor, which can set a fluid running route to a cell reaction site required according to the kind of an inspection of a cell reaction to be conducted with a great degree of freedom, and an inspection method of a cell reaction using the inspection apparatus for cell reaction. The inspection apparatus for cell reaction is composed of a device for liquid processor comprising a base material, micro conduits formed in the base material, micro spaces, valves and a valve control mechanism, and is used in an inspection of a cell reaction, in which a liquid medium is fed through a micro conduit linked to a micro space, in which cells are placed, and a test liquid containing a cell stimulator is fed to inspect a cell reaction caused by the test liquid. The inspection method of the cell reaction utilizes the inspection apparatus having the construction described above.

    摘要: An ink-jet recording sheet that contains as main ingredients 69-95% wood pulp and 4-30 wt % precipitated calcium carbonate and which has a Stockigt sizing degree of 2-25 seconds as measured for a basis weight of 64 g/m.sup.2, or a Stockigt sizing degree ranging from 5.times.(basis weight/64).sup.2 to 25.times.(basis weight/64).sup.2 at a water extracting pH of 4.5-7.5. This sheet allows a clear color to develop and provides an image having circular dots and sharply defined edges. This sheet may also incorporate a cationic synthetic polymer and an alkylketene dimer.

    摘要: A method of recovering the heat of reaction for use in chemical heat storage or chemical heat pump systems wherein 2 moles of water vapor is reacted with 1 mole of calcium bromide anhydride to make use of the heat of hydration evolved. The method is characterized by producing water vapor at a high temperature level by heating water in an evaporator with use of the heat of hydration evolved by the hydration reaction of calcium bromide monohydrate into calcium bromide dihydrate in a first reactor included in a plurality of reactors, and supplying the resulting water vapor to a second reactor included in the reactors as water vapor for the hydration reaction of the monohydrate into the dihydrate. The method gives heat substantially at the same high temperature level as the heat of hydration of the anhydride into the monohydrate.
