摘要: A manufacturing method of a metal bump structure is provided. A driving base is provided. At least one pad and an insulating layer are formed on the driving base. The pad is formed on an arrangement surface of the driving base and has an upper surface. The insulating layer covers the arrangement surface of the driving base and the pad, and exposes a part of the upper surface of the pad. A patterned metal layer is formed on the upper surface of the pad exposed by the insulating layer, and extends to cover a part of the insulating layer. An electro-less plating process is performed to form at least one metal bump on the patterned metal layer. A first extension direction of the metal bump is perpendicular to a second extension direction of the driving base.

摘要: A liquid crystal panel includes an array substrate, a counter substrate disposed to face the array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the array substrate and the counter substrate, in which the array substrate is provided with a plurality of pixel electrodes aligned at intervals in a plane of the array substrate, a common electrode disposed to overlap the plurality of pixel electrodes, an insulating film disposed on an upper layer side of the common electrode, and an alignment film disposed on an upper layer side of the insulating film, a light blocking portion and a spacer are provided in the counter substrate, the light blocking portion separating the plurality of pixel electrodes, the spacer being disposed to overlap the light blocking portion and protruding to the liquid crystal layer side from the counter substrate, the alignment film is connected to the common electrode directly or via another member through an opening provided in the insulating film, and the opening is disposed at a position that does not overlap the spacer and overlaps the light blocking portion in the insulating film.

摘要: A flat panel substrate with integrated antennas and wireless power transmission system for delivering power to a receiving device is presented herein. A method can comprise depositing, onto a flat panel substrate, an antenna layer comprising multiple adaptively phased antennas elements; and depositing, onto the flat panel substrate, respective thin film transistor (TFT)-based antenna management circuits for the multiple adaptively phased antenna elements—the respective TFT-based antenna management circuits being operable to measure respective first phases at which first signals are received at the multiple adaptively phased antenna elements, and based on the respective first phases, control respective second phases at which second signals are transmitted from the multiple adaptively phased antenna elements to facilitate delivery, via the second signals, of power to the receiving device. Further, the method comprises forming traces communicatively coupling the multiple adaptively phased antenna elements to the respective TFT-based antenna management circuits.

摘要: Provided is a thin film transistor including a highly-textured dielectric layer, an active layer, a gate electrode and a source/drain electrode that are stacked on a base substrate. The source/drain electrode includes a source electrode and a drain electrode. The gate electrode and the active layer are insulated from each other. The source electrode and the drain electrode are electrically connected to the active layer. Constituent particles of the active layer are of monocrystalline silicon-like structures. According to the present disclosure, the highly-textured dielectric layer is adopted to replace an original buffer layer to induce the active layer to grow into a monocrystalline silicon-like structure, such that the performance of the thin film transistor is improved.

摘要: Methods for manufacturing a display device are provided. A representative method includes: providing a substrate, the substrate having an insulating layer with an opening and having a metal layer under the opening, wherein a part of the metal layer does not serves as a portion of a thin film transistor; providing a carrier substrate supporting a plurality of light emitting diodes; conducting a testing to the plurality of LEDs on the carrier substrate; transferring at least one of the plurality of LEDs from the carrier substrate to the opening of the substrate; and fixing the at least one of the plurality of LEDs to the substrate.
