    摘要: To provide a conductive film that is flexible, extendable and contractible, and for which the electrical resistance hardly increases even when the conductive film is extended. The conductive film contains an elastomer and metallic filler particles, and satisfies a condition (A) [an average value of reference numbers is 0.8 (1/μm) or more, or the metallic filler particles include flake-like metallic filler particles having a thickness of 1 μm or less and an aspect ratio of 26 or more and the average value of the reference numbers is 0.4 (1/μm) or more] and a condition (B) [a number of unit areas for which an area percentage of the elastomer is 60% or more is 20 or more], the condition (A) being a conductivity indicator and the condition (B) being a flexibility indicator.

    摘要: The present invention provides a flexible conductive crosslinked body excellent in durability having a small influence of a reaction residue after the crosslinking on an object to which the conductive crosslinked body adheres, and a production process of the flexible conductive crosslinked body. The conductive crosslinked body is synthesized from a conductive composition containing a rubber polymer, an organic metal compound, and a conducting agent and has a crosslinked structure. The production process of the conductive crosslinked body includes: a mixed solution preparing step for preparing a mixed solution in which the rubber polymer, the conducting agent, and the organic metal compound are mixed in a solvent capable of dissolving the rubber polymer and capable of chelating the organic metal compound; and a crosslinking step for removing the solvent from the mixed solution to allow a crosslinking reaction to proceed. The conductive crosslinked body is suitable as an electrode or a wire for a transducer, a wire for a flexible wiring board, and an electromagnetic wave shield.

    摘要: A dielectric film which has high electrical resistance and excellent durability and a process for producing the dielectric film are provided. Also provided is a transducer which has large displacement and excellent durability. The dielectric film includes a three-dimensional crosslinked body that is synthesized from an organic metal compound, a rubber polymer that is other than a polydimethyl siloxane and has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound, and an inorganic filler that has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound. The transducer is configured by interposing the dielectric film between at least a pair of electrodes. The dielectric film may be produced by preparing a first solution that contains a rubber polymer and an inorganic filler in a solvent that is capable of dissolving the rubber polymer and of chelating an organic metal compound, then preparing a second solution by mixing the organic metal compound into the first solution, and then removing the solvent from the second solution to allow a crosslinking reaction to proceed.

    摘要: The present invention provides a bicycle front derailleur comprising a base member fixed to the seat tube of a bicycle frame, an inner link member, an outer link member, and a movable member having a chain guide, these members being interconnected by pins to form a parallelogrammatic pantographic link mechanism. The link mechanism is biased by a spring so as to return the movable member toward a smallest sprocket of a multiple chainwheel included in a multi-chainwheel assembly, and is deformed against the spring by a cable for a speed change. The cable is connected to the free end of an actuating arm extending from the upper end of the inner link member toward the outer link member to upwardly pull and pivotally move the actuating arm.The actuating arm therefore forms no upward projection beyond the link mechanism, while the cable can be made to extend upward to a shift lever over a shortened distance with a reduced number of bent portions.
