    摘要: A paper roll braking device for rotary presses, in which a web is paid off from a paper roll supported between frames, caused to travel, and printed in a printing unit, comprising rotors provided on supporting members for supporting the paper roll, braking sections provided at a plurality of locations along the rotors and having friction discs that can engage with, or disengage from, the rotors at their respective locations, engage/disengage changeover sections for controlling the engage/disengage operation of the friction discs with respect to the rotors, and a tension sensing mechanism for sensing changes in the running tension of the web; a contact pressure adjusting section for adjusting the contact pressure of the friction discs to the rotors via the engage/disengage changeover section in accordance with the changes in running tension detected by the tension sensing mechanism, an outside diameter detecting section for detecting the outside diameter of the paper roll, and an operation control section for switching the engage/disengage changeover section as the paper roll outside diameter detected by the outside diameter detecting section reaches a predetermined diameter are provided.

    摘要: At least two pairs of carrier arms are mounted to a rotary shaft for independent travel axially thereof while being constrained to joint rotation therewith. Each pair of carrier arms are disposed opposite each other axially of the shaft for rotatably holding one web roll therebetween via expansion chucks. An internally screw-threaded sleeve is rotatably mounted to each carrier arm and locked against axial displacement relative to the carrier arm. Rotatably supported on the shaft and extending parallel to its axis, a screw-threaded rod extends through, and is threadedly engaged with, the sleeves on each pair of carrier arms. A reversible electric motor is drivingly coupled to each threaded nut, and an additional similar motor to each threaded rod. Each pair of carrier arms are therefore not only independently movable toward and away from each other, as for chucking a web roll therebetween, but, together with the chucked web roll, jointly movable in either axial direction of the shaft for accurately positioning the web roll thereon.

    摘要: An electronic component includes: a functional piece having a predetermined function; a bump electrode formed on the functional piece, the bump electrode including a core with elastic property and a conductive film provided on a surface of the core; and a holding unit for holding a conductive contact state between the bump electrode and a connecting electrode which is electrically conducted to a driving circuit. The electronic component is coupled to the connecting electrode, and elastic deformation of the core causes the conductive film to make conductive contact with the connecting electrode.
