摘要: Examples of binder agents for a three-dimensional (3D) printing process are disclosed. In an example, the binder agent includes copper nanoparticles and a liquid vehicle. In this example, the liquid vehicle includes an antioxidant, polyethylene glycol hexadecyl ether, and a balance of water. Another example of the binder agent includes stainless steel nanoparticles and a liquid vehicle. In this example, the liquid vehicle includes polyethylene glycol hexadecyl ether, and a balance of water. Still another example of the binder agent includes nickel nanoparticles and a liquid vehicle. The liquid vehicle includes an antioxidant; a symmetric triblock copolymer including poly(ethylene oxide) and poly(propylene oxide), and a balance of water.

摘要: A liquid radiation curable composition comprising component a) 20 to 60 weight percent of one or more reactive oligomer(s) containing at least two urethane and/or urea linkages in the backbone and at least two ethylenic unsaturated group(s) which can form polymeric crosslink networks with the other components in the composition in the presence of radicals, anions, nucleophiles or combinations thereof, with a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of greater than 3000 g/mol and glass transition temperature Tg of the cured reactive oligomer(s) itself is greater than 25° C., component b) 20 to 60 weight percent of one or more reactive oligomer(s) containing at least two urethane and/or urea linkages in the backbone and at least two ethylenic unsaturated group(s) which can form multiple polymeric crosslink networks with the other components in the composition in the presence of radicals, anions, nucleophiles or combinations thereof and with component b) having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) average of 1000 g/mol or less and a glass transition temperature Tg of the cured reactive oligomer(s) is greater than 130° C., component c) 20 to 60 weight percent of one or more reactive monomer(s) containing at least one ethylenic unsaturated group capable of forming polymeric crosslinked networks with the other components in the composition in the presence of radicals, anions, nucleophiles or combinations thereof, the said reactive monomer(s) having at least one polar group and the glass transition temperature Tg of the cured monomer(s) is greater than 50° C., component d) 0.01 to 10 weight percent of one or more photoinitiator(s) capable of producing radicals when irradiated with actinic radiation, component e) 0.01 to 30 weight percent of one or more additive(s) selected from the group consisting of filler(s), pigment(s), dispersant(s), defoamer(s), antioxidant(s), light stabilizer(s), light absorber(s) or radical inhibitor(s), with the provision that the liquid radiation curable composition has a viscosity of no more than 10000 mPa.s at 25° C.

摘要: Ways of preparing a partially crystalline polycarbonate powder are provided that include dissolving an amorphous polycarbonate in a polar aprotic solvent to form a first solution of solubilized polycarbonate at a first temperature. The first solution is then cooled to a second temperature, the second temperature being lower than the first temperature, where a portion of the solubilized polycarbonate precipitates from the first solution to form a second solution including the partially crystalline polycarbonate powder. Certain partially crystalline polycarbonate powders resulting from such methods are particularly useful in additive manufacturing processes, including powder bed fusion processes.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an extrudable article and a composition, each including at least one polyurethane including hydroxyl groups and latent isocyanate groups in the form of uretdione groups. The hydroxyl groups are present on a first polyurethane and the latent isocyanate groups are present on either the first polyurethane or a second polyurethane and a ratio of the latent isocyanate groups to the hydroxyl groups is greater than 1.2:1. A method of making the extrudable article is provided including reacting in an extruder a polymerizable composition including a uretdione-containing material including a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself, a hydroxyl-containing compound, and an isocyanate-containing compound. A method of making a core-sheath filament is provided including forming a core composition of the at least one polyurethane and wrapping a sheath composition including an ethylene copolymer or a polyolefin around the core composition. Further, methods of printing a composition are provided including heating and mixing the extrudable article, such as in an extruder, to form a molten composition, then dispensing the molten composition through a nozzle onto a substrate.
