摘要： A control system for a rotary electric machine includes an inverter including a plurality of power switches, a heat exchanger, first temperature sensors arranged to monitor the power switches, a second temperature sensor arranged to monitor the heat exchanger, and a controller. An expected power loss is determined based upon electric current, switching functions, and electrical characteristics of the power switches. A plurality of power capacity terms are determined based upon the expected power loss in the inverter, the temperatures of the power switches, and the temperature of the heat exchanger. The inverter is controlled based upon the aforementioned power capacities.

a control unit that on/off-controls the switching devices in the electric-power conversion circuit and that performs protective control in the case where a voltage detected by the voltage sensor is larger than a determination voltage calculated based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensor.

摘要： A portable tool, such as a spreader tool, cutting tool or combination spreading/cutting tool is for mobile use. The tool has an electric motor, a rechargeable battery received on the tool, a mechanically or hydraulically driven, displaceable piston rod for performing spreading and/or cutting and/or lifting or pressing. An electronic control and regulation unit controls/regulates the electric motor, such as a brushless DC motor. The electronic control and regulation unit specifies a first operating mode in which the electric motor is operated at a first frequency, and a second operating mode in which the electric motor is operated at a second frequency. The operating mode is switchable by an operator of the tool using a manually operable switch between the first and the second operating modes. The rotational speed of a three-phase current electric motor is higher at the second frequency than at the first frequency.

摘要： Disclosed is a circuit for converting a temperature change amount into a voltage change amount in a motor drive system, including a positive temperature change rate voltage generation module, a circuit bias module, and a temperature detection module that are integrated on a same substrate. An external power supply voltage is processed by the positive temperature change rate voltage generation module and the circuit bias module, and then inputted to the temperature detection module. The temperature detection module detects in real time the temperature change amount in the motor drive system, convert the temperature change amount into the voltage change amount, and transfer the voltage change amount to the circuit bias module, to allow the circuit bias module to output the voltage change amount. In this way, the conversion from the temperature change amount into the voltage change amount is realized.
