摘要: An expansion device, including: an installation unit in which a thermally expandable sheet is disposed; an irradiation unit configured to irradiate the thermally expandable sheet placed on the installation unit with light; and a control unit configured to perform processes described below, wherein after an expansion process to expand the thermally expandable sheet by irradiating the thermally expandable sheet placed on the installation unit with light by the irradiation unit, a cooling process to cool the thermally expandable sheet by a predetermined cooling unit while maintaining the state in which the thermally expandable sheet is placed on the installation unit.

The protective film may comprises a deformable outer layer formed with a synthetic resin; a deformable modified material layer attached with a lower surface of the deformable outer layer, wherein the deformable modified layer is configured to be hardened responsive to receipt of an external stimuli; a deformable inner layer formed with a synthetic resin, attached with a lower surface of the deformable modified material layer; and an adhesive layer adhering to a lower surface of the deformable inner layer. Further, various embodiments can be implemented according to the present disclosure.

摘要: The invention concerns a heat-sealable biodegradable packaging material, which comprises a fibrous substrate (1) and one or more polymer coating layers (2) extruded onto said substrate. According to the invention the packaging material includes at least one polymer coating layer (2) containing at least 70 weight-% of polylactide (PLA) and at least 5 weight-% of polybutylene succinate (PBS) or its derivate blended therewith. Optionally an acryl copolymer such as ethylene butyl acrylate glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer (EBAGMA) may be included in the polymer blend. The invention further concerns a heat-sealed container, such as a disposable drinking cup, and a heat-sealed product package made from the packaging material, as well as uses of PBS or its derivates as blends with PLA in extrusion coating, for improving adhesivity of the coating to the fibrous substrate and reduced raw edge penetration to the packaging material, especially penetration of hot coffee held in the drinking cup.

摘要: A double-sided adhesive sheet has a laminate structure including a first adhesive layer containing an electrolyte, a second adhesive layer, and a conduction substrate. A double-sided adhesive sheet joined body includes, for example, an adhesive sheet having such a laminate structure, a first conductive adherend to which the first adhesive layer adheres, and a second adherend to which the second adhesive layer adheres. A method for joining/separating adherends includes joining first and second adherends to each other via the adhesive sheet, then applying a voltage to the first adhesive layer so as to generate a potential difference in a thickness direction of the first adhesive layer, and separating the first and second adherends from each other.

摘要: A display film includes a transparent polymeric substrate layer having a 0.2% offset yield stress greater than 110 MPa and a transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer having a thickness of 100 micrometers or less disposed on the transparent polymeric substrate layer. The transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a glass transition temperature in a range from 11 to 27 degrees Celsius and a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 0.5 to 2.5. The display film has a haze value of 2% or less.

摘要: Embodiments described herein are directed to methods of manufacturing a multi-leaf membrane module for filtering product fluid flow (e.g., food products or wastewater) and such multi-leaf membrane modules. In an embodiment, a multi-leaf membrane module is disclosed. The multi-leaf membrane module includes a permeate fluid flow tube defining a permeate fluid flow channel for permeate, and a membrane sheet spirally wound about the permeate fluid flow tube. The membrane sheet includes two or more leaves. Each of the two or more leaves includes a feed spacer including at least one opening formed therein that at least partially defines a feed channel for product fluid flow therethrough and a permeate structure defining a permeate fluid flow channel. The permeate structure of each of the two or more leaves includes at least one membrane and at least one porous permeate spacer.

The film's release surface has a peeling force value of 1500 g/inch or less and a 60° angle surface gloss of below 50 gloss units (GU). An embodiment is a film structure having (a) a metal transfer carrier film having polyolefin as described above and (b) a coated metal layer having a metal layer and a coating layer, wherein the coating layer lies between the metal layer and the metal transfer carrier film, wherein the metal transfer carrier film is configured to allow transfer of the coated metal layer onto a substrate, so that after transfer of the coated metal layer onto the substrate, the coating layer is located on top of the substrate.

The multilayer barrier assembly comprises a base polymer layer and a base inorganic barrier layer. The base polymer layer comprises a polymerized reaction product of polymerizable components comprising at least one di(meth)acrylate represented by the formula: Formula (I) Each R1 independently represents H or methyl; each R2 independently represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; x=0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; and z=0, 1, 2, 3, or 4, with the provisos that at least one of x and z is not zero and 1≤x+z≤4. Methods of making the same are also disclosed.
