    摘要: The present invention relates to a spray-polyurethane system which comprises a polyol component (A) and an isocyanate component (B), where the polyol component (A) comprises a1) at least one compound reactive with isocyanate, a2) at least one reactive chain extender having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates, where at least one group reactive toward isocyanates is a free, primary NH2 group, and also a3) at least one metal catalyst, and a4) if appropriate, further additives, where the spray-polyurethane system comprises no amine catalyst. The present invention moreover relates to a process for production of a backing layer composed of polyurethane for moldings and to the use of this backing layer for production of automobile parts. Inventive backing layers have good mechanical properties, and low emissions, and their demolding time is small when compared with the open assembly time.

    摘要: Provided is a process for esterifying or transesterifying side chains in polymers, which involves esterifying or transesterifying the carboxyl group having the R4 radical of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylate of formula (I), and a monomer of formula (II): wherein R1 and R3 are independently H or CH3, R2 and R4 are independently H or an alkyl radical which is optionally substituted by functional groups such as acryloyl, ether, amino, epoxy, halogen or sulfonic acid groups, and n is from 1 to 40, with an alcohol in the presence of an enzyme which catalyzes the esterifying or transesterifying. Further provided is the esterified or transesterified polymer product and its use.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a chemical composition comprising (a) a glycoside component A comprising at least one glycoside of the formula R(OG)x wherein R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 25 carbon atoms or is a radical of formula R1(OR2)m which does not have more than 25 carbon atoms and wherein n=0 to 24 and R1 and R2 are aliphatic hydrocarbon radicals; G is the residue of a saccharide moiety selected from the group consisting of fructose, glucose, mannose, galactose, talose, gulose, allose, altrose, idose, arabinose, xylose, lyxose, ribose and alkoxylated derivatives thereof; and x is 1 to 30; (b) an aspartate component B comprising at least one polymerisation product of aspartic acid, optionally in form of a copolymerisate with fatty acids, polybasic carboxylic acids, anhydrides of polybasic carboxylic acids, polybasic hydroxycarboxylic acids, monobasic polyhydroxycarboxylic acids, alkoxylated alcohols, alkoxylated amines, amino sugars, carbohydrates, sugar carboxylic acids and polymers thereof. The invention further relates to the use of such chemical compositions as corrosion inhibitor.
