摘要: The application relates to a battery pack case and a battery pack. The battery pack case includes: a bottom plate and a side plate connected with the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side plate surround to form an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a unit cell; the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of first grooves and a plurality of second grooves opening toward the accommodating portion, the plurality of first grooves are spaced apart from each other, the plurality of second grooves are spaced apart from each other, and the first grooves and the second grooves are arranged to cross each other. The bottom plate of the battery pack itself has good rigidity, is not prone to warp deformation, and can prevent the overflow of structural glue from contaminating the wiring harness or electrical components.

摘要: A solid-state electrochemical cell is provided including a first electrode connected to a first current collector, a second electrode connected to a second current collector, a separator interconnecting the first electrode and the second electrode, the separator including a solid-state electrolyte, first oriented pores including a first electrode material formed in the first electrode, and second oriented pores including a second electrode material formed in the second electrode, wherein at least one of the first oriented pores and the second oriented pores includes an electronically conducting network extending on sidewall surfaces thereof from a corresponding one of the first and second current collectors to the electrolyte separator. The second electrode includes a filling aperture including a seal configured to isolate the first electrode from cathode material in the second electrode.

摘要: A surface-treated steel sheet of the present invention includes a base steel sheet and a Ni—Co—Fe alloy-plated layer on at least one surface of the base steel sheet, in which, in the alloy-plated layer, a Ni coating weight is 7.1 to 32.5 g/m2, a Co coating weight is 0.65 to 5.2 g/m2, and a total of the Ni coating weight and the Co coating weight is in a range of 9.0 to 35.0 g/m2. In an outermost layer of the alloy-plated layer, a Co concentration is in a range of 20 to 60 atom %, and a Fe concentration is in a range of 5 to 30 atom %. In the alloy-plated layer, a region having a thickness of 2 μm or more, in which a total of a Ni concentration and the Co concentration is 10 atom % or more and the Fe concentration is 5 atom % or more, is present, and the base steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, and a ferrite grain size number is 9.0 or more.

The method includes compressing the molding compound by the tool and by the compressing forming the molding compound to a green product. The method further includes providing the green product while disposed in the tool with a layer in a sub-region by incorporating a liquid material for producing the layer into the tool and applying the liquid material to the sub-region. The liquid material is a metallic material and the layer is an electromagnetic shielding on the green product.
