摘要： A primary side circuit and a secondary side circuit are provided on first and second semiconductor substrates, respectively. A first capacitive insulator on the first substrate electrically insulates and isolates between the primary and secondary side circuits while permitting signal transmission between these circuits. A second capacitive insulator on the second semiconductor substrate electrically isolates the primary and secondary side circuit while permitting signal transmission therebetween. First and second frames are provided for input and output of signals to and from the primary and secondary side circuits. External electrodes of the first and second capacitive insulators are connected together by a third lead frame via a conductive adhesive body including more than one solder ball. The first and second substrates and the lead frames are sealed by a dielectric resin.

摘要： An air conditioning system is arranged to use a power line for communication. The air conditioning system includes one or more indoor units, one or more outdoor units, and a system controller for controlling the indoor units or outdoor units and executes communications between the indoor units and the outdoor units as overlapping a signal on the power line for supplying electric power. The outdoor units are connected with the system controller through a leased communication line. The indoor unit provides a power line communication device being connected with the power line. The outdoor unit provides a leased communication device being connected with the leased communication line. A bridge is also provided for connecting the leased communication line and the power line. The control information is exchanged mutually between the indoor units, the outdoor units and the system controller through the power line.

摘要： A disk cartridge comprises a case including an upper and lower shell halves for accommodating a disk and an opening portion provided on each shell half, so as to be opened and closed by a shutter. Each shell half is formed by an injection molding of polycarbonate in which a mold having a single injection hole is used. The injection hole is formed in the mold, at a position opposed to a center of a groove in its longitudinal direction on a surface of the case for receiving a retaining plate to guide a front portion of a slide plate of the shutter. The injection hole has a diameter of about 1.5 mm in case of a 5-inch disk cartridge.

摘要： A pipeline-operating type memory system is arranged to have a first input unit for receiving a selector address signal for selecting data; a second input unit for receiving at least an address strobe signal, an X address signal and a Y address signal for selecting data; a first unit for receiving the X address signal and the Y address signal, latching these signals utilizing a first clock signal, and continuously outputting at least either of the X and the Y address signals until these address signals are unlatched; and a second unit for latching a selector address data signal output from the first input unit utilizing the first clock signal, and continuously and selectively outputting at least either of the address signal until the signal is unlatched. The memory system operates to transfer data in a manner to suit the pipeline operating cycle at a normal operating mode and at a fast page mode.

摘要： An Nth one of N parallel sequences of low-speed data demultiplexed by a demultiplexer from high-speed input data in synchronization with a high-speed clock is compared by N comparators with N parallel sequences of reference patterns. The N parallel sequences of reference patterns are each generated in synchronization with a frequency divided clock obtained by frequency dividing the high-speed clock into 1/N. When any of the comparators provides a disagreement output at least once, one clock pulse is eliminated by a post-clock eliminating circuit from the divided clock so that the N sequences of reference patterns are each delayed by one bit. When a counter detects that any one of the comparators does not provide the disagreement signal for n consecutive bits, the sequence of reference patterns corresponding to this comparator and the Nth sequence of low-speed data are in synchronization with each other. Clock pulses of the number corresponding to the line position of the synchronized sequence of reference patterns are eliminated by a pre-clock eliminating circuit from the high-speed clock which is applied to the demultiplexer. By this, line positions of the N parallel sequences of low-speed data are sequentially shifted so that the Nth sequence of low-speed data assumes the same line position as that of the synchronized reference pattern, and as a result, the N parallel sequences of low-speed data are synchronized with the N parallel sequences of reference patterns, respectively.

In a first surface of the device, each source region of the main device and the subsidiary device is formed so as to be insulated from each other through an isolation region.
