摘要: The present disclosure relates to a transfer paper for sublimation printing comprising a fibrous substrate and an ink-receiving layer ink-receiving layer, wherein the ink-receiving layer comprises a cationic inorganic component, a cationic organic component or both in an amount of from 10 to 90 wt. %, optionally a filler in an amount of up to 75 wt. %, a hydrophilic binder in an amount of from 5 to 50 wt. %, and a hydrophobic binder in an amount of from 5 to 50 wt. %, based on the total weight of the ink-receiving layer. The disclosure also provides a method for preparing a transfer paper for sublimation printing, its use in a method for preparing a printed transfer paper, the printed transfer paper, its use in a method for decorating an article by sublimation and the decorated article.

摘要: The invention relates to a fibrous mat facer for preparing a gypsum board, to a gypsum board comprising said mat facer and to a system comprising said gypsum board. The fibrous mat comprises at least one ply of a non-woven fabric, and a binder composition, wherein the binder composition represents from 10 to 40 wt % of the total weight of the mat. The binder composition comprises a copolymer comprising a co-monomer unit of a vinyl ester of an alpha branched aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, said copolymer being present in an amount from 25 to 100 wt % of the binder composition weight.

摘要: Fibrous filtration media for hot oil filtration includes a nonwoven fibrous web containing synthetic fibers and at least about 15 wt. %, based on total weight of the fibrous web, of a binder component selected from thermoset binder resins and/or binder fibers. The synthetic fibers of the fibrous web will contain from about 2 wt. % to about 65 wt. %, for example between about 10 wt. % to about 50 wt. %, based on total weight of fibers in the fibrous web, of thermoplastic synthetic microfibers having an average diameter of less than 5 μlτl. The synthetic fibers are bonded together with the binder component to form the fibrous web which is capable of forming a self-supporting, pleated oil filter media which retains pleats upon contact with oil having a temperature in a range encountered in an internal combustion engine.

The biodegradable substrate is certified biodegradable in accordance with EN 13432. A method of production thereof is also disclosed.

摘要: A self-cleaning filtration media for use in hydrocarbon fluid filtration applications has a first layer on an upstream side and a second layer on downstream side of the self-cleaning filtration media. The first layer is composed of polyethersulfone nanofibers having a diameter of 50-1000 nm (0.05-1 micron) and a basis weight of at least 1 gsm. The second layer is a nonwoven substrate suitable for filtration applications. The self-cleaning filtration media exhibits a dust holding capacity of at least 6 mg/cm2 and a filtration efficiency of greater than 90% for 4 micron particles when the self-cleaning filtration media is tested according to ISO 19438 for fuel filtration and according to ISO 4548-12 for oil filtration. When the second layer includes glass fibers, the self-cleaning filtration media has a dust holding capacity of at least 10 mg/cm2 and a filtration efficiency of greater than 99% for 4 micron particles when the self-cleaning filtration media is tested according to ISO 19438 for fuel filtration and according to ISO 4548-12 for oil filtration. The self-cleaning filtration media also has a fuel-water separation efficiency of at least 99% when a flat sheet is tested according to ISO 16332; and a lifetime of at least 90 minutes when tested with fuel and oil according to ISO 19438 and ISO 4548-12 using Medium Test Dust and a pressure drop of 70 kPa.
