摘要： The protein fraction from Leguminosae seeds, which is characterized by at least one band in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with sodium dodecyl sulfate, by relative molecular masses from 3,000 to 30,000 g/mole, by a content of total nitrogen of 14 to 20% and amino nitrogen of 1 to 2% related to the protein content and by further parameters defined in claim 1, is appropriate for the care of skin and for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, whereby the protein fraction is generally used as a concentrate of active substances or e.g. as a cream, lotion, emulsion, gel, face mask, powder or plaster.
