摘要: An inspection apparatus is an inspection apparatus for inspecting a sample on which a plurality of light-emitting elements is formed, and includes an excitation light source that generates excitation light to irradiate the sample, a camera that images fluorescence having a wavelength longer than a reference wavelength in fluorescence from the light-emitting elements, and a control apparatus that determines a quality of each of the light-emitting elements based on fluorescence imaged by the camera, in which the reference wavelength is a wavelength obtained by adding a full width at half maximum of a normal fluorescence spectrum of the light-emitting element to a peak wavelength of the normal fluorescence spectrum.

摘要: An instrument for biological analysis includes a base, an excitation source, an optical sensor, an excitation optical system, and an emission optical system. The base is configured to receive a sample holder comprising a plurality of biological samples. The optical sensor is configured to receive emissions from the biological samples in response to the excitation source. The instrument may additionally include a sensor lens enclosed by a lens case and a focusing mechanism including a gear that engages the lens case, the focusing mechanism being accessible outside the enclosure for adjusting a focus. The instrument may further include a sensor aperture dispose along an emission optical path and a blocking structure disposed to cooperate with the sensor aperture such that none of the reflected radiation from an illuminated surface near the sample holder is received by the optical sensor that does not also reflect off another surface of the instrument.

摘要: A water quality detection system including a light source, a spectrometer, and a data processor is disclosed, and relates to the technical field of detection systems. The light source emits excitation light pulse trains of different wavelengths to a to-be-detected water sample contained in a sample cell, where the excitation light pulse trains of different wavelengths may be emitted in a time-division manner, to excite the to-be-detected water sample, thereby generating fluorescence separately corresponding to the excitation light pulse trains of different wavelengths. The spectrometer receives the fluorescence and output a fluorescence spectrum based on the fluorescence. The data processor obtains, based on the fluorescence spectrum output by the spectrometer, a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum including an excitation wavelength, a fluorescence wavelength, and a fluorescence intensity, identifies the to-be-detected water sample and obtains a parameter of the to-be-detected water sample based on the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum.

In some embodiments, the information obtained may be used to identify the sample.

摘要: An optical detection device having a light detection device and a light emission device is arranged such that the light detection side of the light detection device is optically coupled to a light emission side of a light source array of the light emission device via an examination region. The light detection device generates an electrical signal n response to light that reaches the light detection side. The light source array includes a plurality of separately actuatable electric light sources which are arranged in a matrix structure or two dimensional geometric arrangement. The object to be examined can be arranged in a desired fashion, and the light emitted by the light sources radiates via the examination region on the light detection side of the light detection device. An optical reduction is system is arranged in the beam path from the light emission side to the examination region and is configured to demagnify the light pattern which is emitted by the light sources. Thus, the examination region is irradiated by a light pattern that has been demagnified with respect to the light pattern emitted.
