    摘要: The present invention relates to a coil (1) for an inductor (6), comprised by metal wire (2) wound circular around a centre axis (C), wherein the wire has an electrically insulating layer (3) insulating each turn of the wire in the winding from neighbouring turns,the shape of the complete winding, building up the coil (1), is substantially toroidal having a substantially elliptic cross section, wherein the thermal heat conductivity is above 1 W/m*K more preferably above 1,2 and most preferably above 1,5. The invention further relates to a magnetic core (7) suitable for an inductor (6), where in the core is made of a soft magnetic composite material made of metallic particles and a binder material, said particles are in the range of 1μm-1000 μm, particles that are larger than 150 are coated with a ceramic surface to provide particle to particle electrical insulation, wherein the volume of magnetic, metallic particles to total core volume is 0,5-0,9. The invention still further relates to an inductor (6) being a combination of said coil (1) and core (7), wherein the substantially all of said particles in the core are magnetically aligned with the magnetic field of the coil. The invention still further relates to the manufacturing methods of such a coil (1) and core (7).

    摘要: A method for manufacturing an electronic component for avoiding electromagnetic interference includes: (a) placing a T-shaped core and an air-core coil in a metal mold; (b) injecting a mixture of a composite magnetic material and a resin into the metal mold so that the T-shaped core and the air-core coil are embedded by the mixture; (c) heating the mixture at a first temperature; (d) adjusting an outer shape while removing excessive mixture; and (e) hardening the mixture. The method may further include a process of polishing an outside of the hardened mixture. The method may further include a process of applying a pressure of 0.1 to 20.0 kg/cm2 to the mixture for adjusting an outer shape of the mixture by a movable punch of a press machine before the hardening process.

The header block includes a header block body and a connection port disposed in the header block body configured to receive an implantable lead. A conductor is disposed in the header block body electrically coupled to the connection port at a first end and connectable at a second end to the implantable medical device. An impeding device is electrically coupled in series along the length of the conductor and disposed within the header block body. The impeding device is configured to raise the high-frequency impedance of the conductor. The impeding device may include a bandstop filter or an L-C tank circuit.

    摘要: A multi-phase coupled inductor includes a magnetic core formed of a powder magnetic material and first, second, third, and fourth terminals. The coupled inductor further includes a first winding forming at least one turn and at least partially embedded in the core and a second winding forming at least one turn and at least partially embedded in the core. The first winding is electrically coupled between the first and second terminals, and the second winding electrically is coupled between the third and fourth terminals. The second winding is at least partially physically separated from the first winding within the magnetic core. The multi-phase coupled inductor is, for example, used in a power supply.
