摘要: A plastic tube has an inner tube, a stiffener layer, and an outer tube. The inner tube is arranged the support organ. A corrugated stiffener preform is formed with corner area walls shaped thinner than the other walls. The preform is fed upon the inner tube to form a stiffener layer that advances with a certain pitch upon the inner tube. The corner parts of every stiffener yield and the brush angle (β) between the lamellas of the outside gets greater than the corresponding brush angle between the lamellas of the inner side. The stiffener is joined to the inner tube with a melted plastic layer and fed upon the stiffener plastic tape joined to the stiffener with a melted plastic layer. Between the settled edges of the plastic tape a spiral weld joint is formed so that the plastic tape forms the outer tube.

The method comprises providing a fiber (26) comprising a ceramic material coated with a metal, providing a winding head (12) having a plurality of circumferentially spaced radially extending alternate first and second finger members (18, 20), the finger members each defining a winding surface (22, 24), the winding surface of each first finger member facing a first axial direction, and the winding surface of each second finger member facing a generally opposite axial direction, wherein adjacent winding surfaces (22, 24) of the first and second finger members (18, 20) are spaced in a circumferential direction, and define an axial spacing less than the diameter of the fiber (26), and winding the fiber around the winding head (12) between the winding surfaces (22, 24) of the first and second finger members (18, 20).

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and an assembly for manufacturing a leaf spring from a fiber-composite material. To this end, tape material from a fiber material, which has been pre-impregnated with a matrix resin, for manufacturing a semi-finished leaf spring is wound under tension onto a winding core, wherein at least two cavities for shaping are configured on the winding core. The tape material here is pressed on by way of a contact pressure means, such that adjacent layers of the fiber material are adhesively interconnected and air pockets are removed. The semi-finished leaf spring under impingement by pressure and heat and under curing of the matrix resin is finally processed to form a leaf spring.

The method also includes compounding the anti-static intermediate mixture and at least a portion of the first fluoropolymer to form a first compounded mixture. The method further includes extruding the first compounded mixture to form a layer.

摘要: A steering-column assembly for a motor vehicle may include a steering spindle rotatably mounted in a steering-column tube, which steering-column tube is mounted in a console that connects the steering-column directly or indirectly to a body of the motor vehicle. At least one of the components of the steering-column, such as the console, for example, may include a fiber composite component that can be formed by winding fibers along tracks of a winding spool of a winding core, introducing a curable resin into the fibers or a mold to be used with the wound fibers, curing the wound fibers, and removing the winding spool and the winding core so as to release the fiber composite component. The fiber composite component may then be fitted into the steering column assembly.

摘要: Membrane elements that use multiple membrane leaves may have a limited total active membrane area due to an increased diameter at the ends of the element. Membrane leaves may comprise a permeate carrier positioned between one or more membrane sheets. Adhesive may be used to seal one or more edges of the membrane leaf. The membrane sheets, permeate carrier and the adhesive contribute to the thickness of the edges of the membrane leaf and the diameter at the ends of the element. A reduced thickness of the edges of the permeate carrier may reduce the diameter at the ends of an element. Another permeate carrier sheet may also be used that is distanced from at least one edge of the membrane sheet so the permeate carrier sheet does not contribute towards the increased diameter at the ends of the element.
