Abstract: The present invention aims to provide: an epoxy resin composition in which the effect of adding an additive can be efficiently obtained even at a high temperature; a molding material which achieves a reduced unevenness in physical properties after curing while allowing the additive to exert its effect; and a fiber-reinforced composite material which has excellent mechanical properties while allowing the additive to exert its effect.
To achieve the above-mentioned object, the epoxy resin composition according to the present invention is an epoxy resin composition including the following components (A) to (E): component (A): an epoxy resin having a viscosity at 25° C. of from 0.1 to 1,000 Pa·s and having two or more epoxy groups within one molecule; component (B): an additive having a viscosity at 25° C. of from 0.01 to 20 Pa·s; component (C): a compound that undergoes a thickening reaction with the epoxy resin at a temperature equal to or lower than a curing temperature; component (D): an epoxy curing agent; and component (E): particles that give thixotropic property. In this epoxy resin composition, the dispersion diameter of the component (B), in a cured product obtained by heat-treating the epoxy resin composition at the curing temperature for 2 hours, is from 0.01 to 5 μm.-

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to obtain a fabric having superior water absorbency and sweat absorption/rapid drying while having anti-pilling qualities and a cotton-like texture. A woven/knitted article and a textile product material with good aesthetic properties and functionality, and good general physical properties are obtained which have anti-pilling qualities not obtained in conventional fabrics having a high synthetic fiber blend ratio, and functionality such as water absorbency, water absorption/rapid drying, and quick drying after laundering, which cannot be obtained in conventional cotton fabrics.
The present invention is a woven/knitted article comprising one or more fibers selected from synthetic fibers, regenerated fibers, and semisynthetic fibers, the woven/knitted article including a spun yarn, which contains mass % or more of an aliphatic polyamide short fiber A having a single-fiber fineness of 0.5 dtex to 5 dtex and a fiber length of 25 mm to 70 mm in the spun yarn, and having water absorbency evaluated using a falling-drop method of seconds or less; a method for manufacturing the woven/knitted article; and a textile product.-

Abstract: The present invention provides a negative-type photosensitive resin composition capable of obtaining a cured film suppressing generation of development residues caused by a pigment and having high sensitivity and excellent heat resistance and light blocking capability. A negative-type photosensitive resin composition contains an alkali-soluble resin (A), a radical-polymerizable compound (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C1), and a pigment (D1). In this resin composition, the radical-polymerizable compound (B) contains a flexible chain-containing radical-polymerizable compound (B1), the flexible chain-containing radical-polymerizable compound (B1) contains a compound having (I) a structure derived from a compound having at least three hydroxyl groups in the molecule, (II) at least three ethylenically unsaturated double bond groups, and (III) at least one aliphatic chain, the aliphatic chain has an average molecular weight of 40 to 500, and the content of the pigment (D1) is 5 to 70 mass % of the total solid content.

Abstract: A method produces polyamide fine particles by polymerizing a polyamide monomer (A) in the presence of a polymer (B) at a temperature equal to or higher than the crystallization temperature of a polyamide to be obtained, wherein the polyamide monomer (A) and the polymer (B) are homogeneously dissolved at the start of polymerization, and polyamide fine particles are precipitated after the polymerization. Polyamide fine particles have a number average particle size of 0.1 to 100 μm, a sphericity of 90 or more, a particle size distribution index of 3.0 or less, a linseed oil absorption of 100 mL/100 g or less, and a crystallization temperature of 150° C. or more. In particular, a polyamide having a high crystallization temperature includes fine particles having a smooth surface, a narrow particle size distribution, and high sphericity.
