摘要: A power supply device includes a transformer including a primary winding, a secondary winding and an auxiliary winding, first, second and third circuits, and a switch. The first circuit in which a first capacitor and a first rectifier are connected in series is connected to the primary winding in parallel. The switch of which one end is connected to one end of the primary winding. The second circuit in which the auxiliary winding and a second rectifier are connected in serial is connected between a connecting point, to which the first capacitor and the first rectifier are connected, and the other end of the switch. The third circuit including a resistor and a third rectifier is connected to a gate of the switch. In the third circuit, a resistance value in a direction where a current flows into the gate of the switch is smaller than that in a direction where the current flows out of the gate.

摘要: The invention comprises a method of: providing an inductor core, placing a winding guide within an inch of the inductor core, positioning a first turn element with the winding guide, positioning a second turn element with the winding guide, and mechanically coupling the first turn element to the second turn element to form at least a part of a winding, the winding forming a wrapped shape about the inductor core. Optionally and preferably, turn elements are subsequently joined, mechanically coupled, and/or welded together to form sections of the winding.

摘要: A switching device 1 includes a SiC semiconductor chip 11 which has a gate pad 14, a source pad 13 and a drain pad 12 and in which on-off control is performed between the source and the drain by applying a drive voltage between the gate and the source in a state where a potential difference is applied between the source and the drain, a sense source terminal 4 electrically connected to the source pad 13 for applying the drive voltage, and an external resistance (source wire 16) that is interposed in a current path between the sense source terminal 4 and the source pad 13, is separated from sense source terminal 4, and has a predetermined size.

摘要: An apparatus for electric power conversion includes a converter having a regulating circuit and switching network. The regulating circuit has magnetic storage elements, and switches connected to the magnetic storage elements and controllable to switch between switching configurations. The regulating circuit maintains an average DC current through a magnetic storage element. The switching network includes charge storage elements connected to switches that are controllable to switch between plural switch configurations. In one configuration, the switches forms an arrangement of charge storage elements in which at least one charge storage element is charged using the magnetic storage element through the network input or output port. In another, the switches form an arrangement of charge storage elements in which an element discharges using the magnetic storage element through one of the input port and output port of the switching network.

摘要: Exemplary embodiments relate to a control circuit for a base station for transmitting energy to a receiver by means of an electric resonant circuit. The control circuit comprises an evaluation device which is designed to compare energy that has been transmitted to a receiver resonant circuit of the receiver with an energy set value. The control circuit is designed to alter the energy input into the receiver resonant circuit of the receiver by altering a resonant frequency of the resonant circuit on the basis of the result of the comparison.

In one embodiment, the apparatus for controlling a jitter buffer includes an inter-talkspurt delay jitter estimator for estimating an offset value of the delay of a first frame in the current talkspurt with respect to the delay of a latest anchor frame in a previous talkspurt, and a jitter buffer controller for adjusting a length of the jitter buffer based on a long term length of the jitter buffer for each frame and the offset value.

摘要: Systems and methods of this disclosure use low voltage energy storage devices to supply power at a medium voltage from an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to a data center load. The UPS includes a low voltage energy storage device (ultracapacitor/battery), a high frequency (HF) bidirectional DC-DC converter, and a multi-level (ML) inverter. The HF DC-DC converter uses a plurality of HF planar transformers, multiple H-bridge circuits, and gate drivers for driving IGBT devices to generate a medium DC voltage from the ultracapacitor/battery energy storage. The gate drivers are controlled by a zero voltage switching (ZVS) controller, which introduces a phase shift between the voltage on the primary and secondary sides of the transformers. When the primary side leads the secondary side, the ultracapacitor/battery discharges and causes the UPS to supply power to the data center, and when the secondary side leads the primary side, power flows from the grid back to the UPS, thereby recharging the ultracapacitor/battery.
