摘要: An inverter control apparatus for driving a polyphase AC motor for preventing abrupt changes in motor drive currents when switching of one phase is stopped. The apparatus includes a signal generator for generating duty signals of drive signals of respective phases on the basis of a generated reference waveform and a signal modifier for selecting one of the duty signals of one phase, holding it at a predetermined level, and modifying the duty signals of other phases according to the value required to hold the selected duty signal. On the basis of three-phase signal voltage levels, a decision is made on voltage fixing phase intervals by a phase decision circuit, and shift values are determined by an adder at every voltage fixing phase interval. Shift values are selected by a multiplexer according to the outputs of the phase decision circuit and added to triangular wave voltage. Resultant sum values are compared with the three-phase signal voltages to form a three-phase PWM signal.

摘要: An inverter control system for operating an induction motor calculates the primary magnetic flux vector and instantaneous torque value from the primary terminal voltage and primary current of the motor and produces a voltage vector to be delivered to the PWM inverter depending on the deviations of primary flux vector and instantaneous torque value from their command values and the phase angle of primary flux vector, with the switching of voltage vector being controlled so that the PWM inverter operates in a prescribed range of switching frequency irrespective of the period of calculation of the primary flux vector and instantaneous torque value. Setting the upper limit of switching frequency reduces the heat generation of the PWM inverter, allowing it to suffice with a smaller cooling device, and setting the lower limit of switching frequency reduces the magnetic noise and torque fluctuation of the motor.

摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a mold that is capable of high-precision, stable patterning, and improved in terms of handleability as well, and a manufacturing method thereof. The mold of the invention has a pattern-formation surface defined by one surface, wherein the pattern-formation layer has a projection-and-depression structure area for patterning, and a base surface defined by another surface. At least the pattern-formation layer and the base surface each comprise a polydimethylsiloxane layer. Given a low-molecular-weight siloxane of a cyclic structure represented by [—Si(CH3)2O—]k where k is an integer of 3 to 20 inclusive, the polydimethylsiloxane layer positioned on the pattern-formation layer comprises a high-content polydimethylsiloxane layer containing the low-molecular-weight siloxane in a larger amount, and the polydimethylsiloxane layer positioned on the base surface comprises a low-content polydimethylsiloxane layer containing the low-molecular-weight siloxane in a smaller amount.

摘要: The inventions provides a method for immunologically determining a keratan sulfate level which method includes bringing an anti-keratan sulfate monoclonal antibody into contact with a biological sample, the anti-keratan sulfate monoclonal antibody exhibiting a relative reaction specificity between keratan sulfate-I and keratan sulfate-II represented by IC50KS-I/KS-II of 0.4 to 5, to thereby provide a signal; and detecting keratan sulfate contained in the biological sample from the signal. On the basis of the method, the invention also provides a joint disease detection method and a method for assessing the effect of a remedy for a joint disease and a candidate substance therefor. Through these methods, a very small amount of keratan sulfate contained in a sample, can be determined. Particularly, these methods can determine, at high-sensitivity and high-specificity, the total keratan sulfate including keratan sulfate-I, which have been difficult to determine through a conventional technique. The methods also enables detect a joint disease and assess the effect of a remedy for a joint disease or a candidate substance therefor.
