摘要: A system and a method of managing contact information of a terminal recognized by a vehicle include: a communication unit, which communicates with one or more terminals located in a vehicle and recognizes the terminal, and which receives information stored in the recognized terminal; a connection confirming unit which confirms a function, to which the terminal recognized through the communication unit is connected through communication, among the functions provided by an Audio, Video, and Navigation (AVN) system of the vehicle; a priority calculating unit, which calculates a priority of the terminal with respect to other terminals according to the connection between the terminal confirmed by the connection confirming unit and the function provided by the AVN system and generates priority list information for maintaining contact information stored in the terminal; and a contact information renewing unit, which downloads and stores the contact information stored in the terminal in a linked database according to the priority list information generated by the priority calculating unit or deletes the contact information stored in the database.

摘要: The disclosure relates generally to an in-vehicle feedback system, and more particularly, to an in-vehicle device with a display or graphical interface that collects driving data and provides feedback based on the driving data. The system may comprise an in-vehicle device that includes a graphical user interface and a processor and a data collection device wirelessly connected to the in-vehicle device. The in-vehicle device may be configured to receive vehicle telematics data from the data collection device and the processor may process the telematics data in real time and cause the telematics data to be displayed on the graphical user interface. The graphical user interface may include a speed display and an acceleration display.

摘要: In an in-vehicle terminal device that is able to perform communication with a server device, an identification information acquisition unit acquires identification information of a user who boards a vehicle. A communication unit transmits the identification information of the user to the server device and receives arrangement information of a plurality of display elements corresponding to the identification information of the user transmitted from the server device. A setting unit decides an arrangement of the display elements of the in-vehicle display according to an arrangement criterion based on vehicle type information of the vehicle using the arrangement information of the display elements corresponding to the identification information of the user.

摘要: In one embodiment, a cognitive load driving assistant increases driving safety based on cognitive loads. In operation, the cognitive load driving assistant computes a current cognitive load of a driver based on sensor data. If the current cognitive load exceeds a threshold cognitive load, then the cognitive load driving assistant modifies the driving environment to reduce the cognitive load required to perform the primary driving task and/secondary task(s), such as texting via a cellular phone. The cognitive load driving assistant may modify the driving environment indirectly via sensory feedback to the driver or directly through reducing the complexity of the primary driving task and/or secondary tasks. In particular, if the driver is exhibiting elevated cognitive loads typically associated with distracted driving, then the cognitive load driving assistant modifies the driving environment to allow the driver to devote appropriate mental resources to the primary driving task, thereby increasing driving safety.

The at least one communications device can obtain traffic signal information for an imminent traffic signal and the at least one electronic controller operate the at least one display device to display the traffic signal information.

Each of the vehicle type profiles is associated with a vehicle type having a vehicle type specific aerodynamic profile and includes optimal following ranges associated with the vehicle type. Each of the optimal following distance ranges is based on the vehicle type specific aerodynamic profile of the vehicle type and a vehicle speed of the vehicle type wherein a trailing vehicle disposed in the optimal following range is configured to operate at an optimal fuel efficiency. A first optimal following distance range is identified based on a first vehicle type and a first vehicle speed using a first vehicle type profile associated with the first vehicle type. A command is issued to the AR vehicle HUD display system to display a graphical representation of the first optimal following distance to overlay an actual view of the road.

A system may include a three-dimensional heads-up display unit (“3D HUD”) installed in a vehicle. The system may include a memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the system to: establish a peer-to-peer video stream between a mobile client device and the vehicle; generate live video data for providing a video stream for causing a screen of the mobile client device to display visual content of the 3D HUD that includes substantially live images depicting what the driver of the vehicle sees when looking at the 3D HUD; and stream the live video data to the mobile client device to cause the screen of the mobile client device to display the video stream that depicts what the driver of the vehicle sees when looking at the 3D HUD.

摘要: Various aspects of a device and method to manage interaction with one or more control circuits in a vehicle and one or more wearable devices are disclosed herein. The device comprises one or more circuits configured to receive a first set of input values from the one or more wearable devices associated with a first user. The one or more wearable devices are communicatively coupled to the device used in the vehicle. A second set of input values is received from one or more vehicle sensors embedded in the vehicle. An operating mode of the device is determined based on the received first set of input values and the second set of input values. One or more functions of the vehicle are controlled based on the determined operating mode of the device.
