摘要: The regenerative braking controlling system includes an armature current sampling module, a calculating module, and an adjusting module. The calculating module includes a power calculating unit, an optimum phase angle calculating unit, an optimum regenerative current calculating unit, and a sub-optimum regenerative current calculating unit. The armature current sampling module samples current of the three phase armature windings. The power calculating unit determines a relationship between a regenerative power and a phase angle of the armature currents. The optimum phase angle calculating unit calculates an optimum phase angle, and obtain a phase regenerative path based on the optimum phase angle. The optimum regenerative current calculating unit calculates an optimum regenerative current limit point. The sub-optimum regenerative current calculating unit calculates a sub-optimum regenerative current limit point. The adjusting module adjusts regenerative current according to the optimum regenerative current limit point and the sub-optimum regenerative current limit point.

摘要: A model predictive control (MPC) module: identifies sets of possible target values based on an engine torque request; determines predicted operating parameters for the sets of possible target values, respectively; determines cost values for the sets of possible target values, respectively; selects one of the sets of possible target values based on the cost values; and sets target values based on the possible target values of the selected one of the sets. An actuator module controls an engine actuator based on one of the target values. A fault diagnostic module selectively diagnoses a fault in the MPC module.

摘要: An accelerator-pedal-counterforce control device for a vehicle, wherein a counterforce control means sets a value obtained by multiplying a prescribed quantity by a constant-speed position as a counterforce-increase position. The counterforce-increase position is a position of the accelerator pedal at which the counterforce on the accelerator pedal is increased from the base counterforce. The constant-speed position is a position of the accelerator pedal at which constant travel at the current vehicle speed is possible. The prescribed quantity is set as a value for achieving forward-rear acceleration according to each vehicle speed.

摘要: A hydraulic hybrid system for implementation in a machine. The system includes a hydraulic system, an energy source, an output, and a transmission. The hydraulic system includes a primary hydraulic pump/motor (primary motor) that is hydraulically coupled to a reservoir and a variable-volume accumulator assembly. The primary motor is configured to charge an accumulator of the variable-volume accumulator assembly with a working fluid when mechanically driven. The storage volume of variable-volume accumulator assembly varies based on a kinetic output condition of the machine. The energy source is configured to produce primary kinetic energy. The output is configured to receive at least a first portion of the primary kinetic energy. The transmission is coupled between the energy source and the output and selectively coupled to the primary motor. The transmission is configured to mechanically drive the primary motor using a second portion of the primary kinetic energy.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for detecting that an electric motor drive vehicle (e.g., an electric scooter or motorbike) is idling based on one or more of sensed parameters indicative of the idling state. These sensed parameters may include one or more of, alone or in any combination, a sensed throttle position, at least one sensed electrical characteristic of a traction electric motor, a power converter, or an electrical storage device of the vehicle, and a sensed rate of rotation of a drive shaft of the traction electric motor or of a wheel drivably coupled to the traction electric motor. Upon detecting that the vehicle is in an idling state, a controller of the vehicle enters into a standby mode. In the standby mode, a relatively small amount of electrical power is supplied to the traction electric motor to cause a vibration of the motor to alert a driver that the vehicle is ON in the standby mode and is ready to be driven. Additionally, an audible and/or visual indication may be issued in the standby mode to further alert the driver that the vehicle is ON and ready to be driven.

摘要: A method for operating a drive train of a hybrid vehicle with a hybrid drive comprising at least an electric machine and an internal combustion engine, wherein an automated manual transmission is connected between the internal combustion engine and an output, wherein the electric machine is coupled via a friction clutch to a shaft of the automated manual transmission. Wherein in the automated manual transmission, by interruption of the drive torque provided by the hybrid drive on the output, shifts are executed in such a way that in a first phase the drive torque provided at the output is first reduced, subsequently in a second phase the actual gear shift is executed and following that in a third phase drive torque is built up at the output. Wherein for execution of the actual shift after a gear disengagement of an actual gear of the shift and before a gear engagement of a target gear of the shift, the automated manual transmission is synchronized using a flywheel mass of the electric machine such that, when the friction clutch is opened, the rotational speed of the electric machine is brought to an inertial rotational speed and that subsequently the friction clutch is first closed to the inertial synchronization of the manual transmission and subsequently at least partially opened again.

摘要: A motor rotation speed determining circuit is provided, and a processing of generating motor driving waveform is switched in accordance with the motor rotation speed. A resolver signal is converted to a digital value by an R/D converter, and inputted to a resolver value correction computing circuit via an R/D conversion interface. A current value of a motor M is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter. The resolver value correction computing circuit computes a resolver correction value of the inputted digital signal and calculates positional data from a corrected resolver value. The motor control computing circuit computes a current instruction value from a motor current value subjected to digital conversion by the A/D converter and a motor current instruction value etc., and a motor waveform output circuit generates a motor driving waveform from the current instruction value and outputs the same to a power module PM.

The vehicle further includes one or more components that allow the vehicle to be leanable, yet stable. In this regard, such components may include: a fifth link suspension mechanism that couples at least one of the wheels to the vehicle frame, an offset hub motor system that is connected to at least one of the wheels, a lean adjustment system connected to at least one of the wheels, a return to neutral lean position mechanism connected to at least one of the wheels, and a differential system for a leanable vehicle. While the vehicle can seat any suitable number of occupants, in some cases, the vehicle seats one or two occupants. Other implementations are also described.
