摘要： Pb free solder is used in die bonding. A thermal stress reduction plate is disposed between a semiconductor chip and a die pad made of a Cu alloy. The semiconductor chip and the thermal stress reduction plate are joined and the thermal stress reduction plate and the die pad are joined by a joint material of Pb free solder having Sn—Sb—Ag—Cu as its main constituent elements and having a solidus temperature not lower than 270° C. and a liquidus temperature not higher than 400° C. Thus, die bonding can be performed using the Pb free solder without generating any chip crack.

摘要： A SAW resonator includes an IDT electrode formed on a piezoelectric substrate and reflector electrodes disposed on both sides of the IDT electrode. The IDT electrode includes first finger-electrodes, second finger-electrodes and strip-line electrodes. The first and the second finger-electrodes do not overlap with each other but are acoustically coupled together by the strip-line electrodes. This acoustic coupling by the strip-line electrodes eliminates the need for a common bus-bar electrode, so that the loss caused by the resistance of the common bus-bar electrode can be reduced, and the SAW resonator can be downsized.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a piezoelectric resonator filter for allowing a high-frequency signal in a desired frequency band to pass therethrough, including: two or more reactance elements in serial connection between input and output terminals; at least three or more piezoelectric resonators in parallel connection between the input and output terminals; and an inductor having a grounded end. Among the three or more piezoelectric resonators, only those piezoelectric resonators which do not adjoin each other in the equivalent circuit are connected in common to the inductor.

摘要： A novel method for analyzing a specimen molecule with high accuracy through a simple operation by forming a laminar flow of a specimen molecule containing solution and a complex forming molecule containing solution in a microchannel and measuring the variation of the degree of diffusion of complexes each composed of a specimen molecule and a complex forming molecule in the laminar flow. The complex forming molecule is fluorescent, and the variation of the degree of diffusion of the formed complexes is measured from the distribution of intensity of fluorescence. The degree of diffusion of the formed complexes can be quantitatively determined by comparing it with a calibration curve preliminarily defined.
